After the Ruling, part 4

This is the fourth and final article in a series of articles about what to do in the wake of the wicked decision by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to force states to recognize same-sex unions as if they were marriages.  It’s time to stop compromising and get back to doing what is right.  It’s time to stop getting hung up on things that don’t matter and to prepare for what is likely to be a great persecution.

What can a godly statesman or political activist do in these times?
The states can combat the gay marriage ruling by simply refusing to obey it.  If a state chooses to abolish marriage licenses altogether, they might not have to recognize any marriage licenses, including those issued to sodomites.  There are also efforts to call into question the eligibility of two SCOTUS justices Kagan and Ginsburg from the case on the basis of a conflict of interest.  But in the current political climate these are unlikely to succeed.

Short of that, the best thing to do is to support legislation which reduces the benefits that government hands out as an incentive for marriage.  Get rid of all tax breaks for marriage.  In Ohio, I was part of a successful effort to get rid of our state inheritance tax.  If you have it in your state, urge your representatives to get rid out it or start a ballot initiative to repeal it if that is an option in your state.  If that can’t be done, then support the elimination all exemptions, especially the spousal exemption or allow one to choose any one heir (not necessarily a spouse) to be exempted from the tax.  The only benefit that a married couple needs to receive from the government is the recognition that they have joint custody of their children and that only at the local level.  Try to reduce or get rid of child tax credits, since these now can be had by sodomites.  Support legislation to block same-sex couples from having joint custody of children.  Support state legislation which effectively nullifies unjust federal tax incentives and penalties, by refunding the state’s citizens of their federal income taxes or appropriate portions thereof.

Support legislation to protect parental rights from being taken away by the federal government.
Do not vote for any candidates unless they refuse to have anything to do with taxpayer funding of sinful behavior.  Do not vote for any candidates for county clerk unless they refuse to issue same-sex marriage licenses.  Do not vote for any judges unless they refuse to perform same-sex marriage ceremonies and refuse to participate in awarding same-sex couples joint custody of children.  They should not even have custody of children at all if they are in a same-sex relationship.  It is very harmful to children.  It warps their minds.

I have reached the point where I think that most of my time would be best spent building up the church and forming biblical congregations as God intended rather than wasting my time trying to convince those in power who do not know God to do what is just and right.  If you do decide to get involved in politics, don’t bother with the federal government.  Try to reverse the damage at the state and local levels.

Summary

We are in the world, but we are not of the world.  Avoid situations where people can coerce you into participating in sinful behavior.  Avoid any dealing with the government, especially the federal government.  Be prepared for persecution.  Learn to depend on other Christians and on God and try not to be dependent on the wicked for your livelihood or allow them to have any other hold on you.  Be patient with sodomites and other sinners when witnessing to them realizing that past experiences may have led them into their wicked lifestyle.  But also realize that if they don’t repent, they will be damned.  Rid yourself of all hypocrisy which includes condoning unbiblical remarriage after divorce.

Lunatics Are Still Lunatics Despite Law Change

In its final action of last week, the House cleared a Senate bill that would remove the pejorative “lunatic” from the United States Code. The lone House dissenter was Texas Republican Louie Gohmert, who insisted that lunatic should be retained, pointing to his fellow Members of Congress as living, breathing examples of the term. The bill awaits the president’s signature.

"Love" Those “Hate Crime” Laws!

One video depicts a so-called homosexual-pride parade, which would be protected under new “hate crimes” law. If someone would dare protest the kind of public indecency as shown on this video, he or she could be charged with a criminal act

A new “hate crimes” bill protecting homosexual activity has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives. The Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act (HR 1592) would protect the immoral activity shown on this video.

The bill is designed to silence any opposition to the homosexual lifestyle. If this “hate crimes” bill is passed, and you publicly protest, complain or oppose the type of activity portrayed in this video, you could be subject to prosecution for a criminal act.

To stop this bill, which would give special rights to homosexuals, please take these actions today.

The radical leftist and actually very un-American People for the American Way organization in an article on its website asks its constituents to write their Congressional and Senatorial representatives to:

" - Put an end to Hate Crimes by cosponsoring and voting for the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007 (H.R. 1592) and the companion bill to be introduced by Senators Kennedy and Smith;

" - Put an end to workplace discrimination by cosponsoring and voting for Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) when introduced and voted upon in the House and Senate; and

" - Put an end to the ban on patriotic (homosexuals) and lesbians from being able to openly serve in our nation’s military by cosponsoring and voting for the Military Readiness Enhancement Act (H.R. 1246). . ."

The fact that an organization such as PFAW supports an issue, in and of itself is almost reason enough to outright oppose this terrible trio of legislation.

Each of these bills attempt to give homosexuals and lesbians and other sexually alternate and abhorrent lifestyles license to flaunt their immorality on the rest of America with impunity. In essence these three pieces of legislation would give these people special rights and create as a special protected class of citizens. This is wrong. The laws already on the books are more than sufficient to protect the elderly grandmother, the disabled child, whites, blacks, straight men or "homosexuals", straight women or "lesbians".

All proposed so-called “hate crime” bills must be defeated for the health and well being of American society. Write, email or call your Congressional Representatives and ask them to oppose ALL "hate crime" bills.

Hypocritical Hillary Debases Marriage, Part 1

A fake southern-accented “faith” frolic in Selma (Alabama) Sunday, found Senator Hillary Rodham-Clinton pandering to the black church crowd firing them up claiming to be their “sister in worship” and even quoting scripture. Out of her mouth came, “This is the day that the Lord has made.” Listen here to what Matt Drudge captured on his Sunday night radio show.

Just a few days earlier, on Friday March 2nd this same Sen. Hypocritical Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., had delivered in unaccented English a gushing keynote address to a homosexual and lesbian activist group, the so-called Human Rights Campaign (HRC) board meeting, speaking to more than 400 HRC volunteers. America needs to know what kind of person that Hillary Rodham is, her core beliefs and her passions.

Here is part of her 15 minute same-sex verbal embrace:

“When HRC (Human Rights Campaign) stood up . . . on the FEDERAL MARRIAGE AMENDMENT you were making an important statement because this amendment was a WEDGE POLITICS AT ITS WORST. It (FMA) was mean spirited. It (FMA) was against the entire “FORWARD MOVEMENT” of American history.

“It was the first time that anyone was proposing that we would amend the constitution to DENY citizens rights, rather than widening the circle of rights and opportunities.

“. . . to strategize together . . . because it not only gave us an opportunity to defeat the amendment, but to lay down more markers about the positive AGENDA WE ARE PURSUING.

“It wasn’t easy. i know a lot of you put in long hours making phone calls and sending hundreds of e-mails. . . and lobbying personally your members of Congress.

“You had to educate a lot of people. .. there were a member of my colleagues who just were not quite sure what this was all about.

“But in the end we stopped the Federal Marriage Amendment and WE sent a strong message that WE will not stand idly by when ANYONE tries to write DISCRIMINATION into OUR constitution.

“I want you to know that THIS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF PARTNERSHIP that we will have when I am President.

“We made the first step today in getting back a Democratic Congress, but tomorrow we have to take back the White House. When we do that it will be the end of divisive leadership of the past six years. It is the type of leadership that has personalized the most PERSONAL and intimate issues. . ."

To be continued . . .

Tomorrow we will look at specific legislation Hillary has and promises to continue to push in support of the radical same-sex agenda.
