Islam and Progressives Conspire: Israel Bad, Hamas Good

I needed to respond to another fact-less and atrocious article of that leftist propaganda media, AlterNet. The article by Max Blumenthal titled, "How Israel Used Its Own Civilians as Human Shields While Assaulting Gaza, Israel's military is enmeshed in civilian society," begs for a comment. So here I go:

Max, my friend, get your facts straight.

I will attempt to interpret some of your words:

* Max says, “Ongoing assault on the Gaza Strip,” but the truth is, Israel is just defending herself.

* Max accuses Israel of having, “a heavily regimented army of 10,000 public relations flacks,” but the truth is it is that Islamic and Leftist media, including AlterNet writers like Max, try to portray Israel as the aggressor, the bad guy, the little Satan. But the real flacks are the Obama Administration including John Kerry, ABC, NBC, NPR, and CBS who defend the terrorist Hamas led Palestinians!

* Max contends, “Gaza fighters were exclusively targeting active duty Israeli military personnel and avoiding attacks on civilians.” But the truth is, Israel is better able to protect itself and its citizens from the Islamic terrorist inspired and lead assault on Israel. If Hamas could kill all Jews they would.

It all boils down to this one simple fact:

"If the Arabs put down their weapons there would be no more war. If Israel put down her weapons, there would be no Israel." --- Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel.

Know Hamas, no Hamas.

Inhumane and Heartless Hamas

I just had to respond to another leftist article I saw at www.AlterNet.org  titled, "The Most Harrowing, Heart-Breaking Dispatches from Palestinians in Gaza, Palestinians in Gaza are using social media to connect with the outside world they are cut off from."

The article is an extremely one-sided story. The author must be a Hamas apologist.

There is no mention at all in the article about who started this conflict in the first place. Leftist commentators conveniently forget that inhumane Islamo-fascist terrorist Hamas is who provoked the conflict. They took the offensive. THEY, not Israel, are the offenders.

Nor does the author of the article mention the horrific strategy Hamas terrorists employ to defend themselves - firing rockets from Mosques and hospitals and neighborhoods, using the Palestinian people as their human shields. Could this be one big reason why the casualties are so high? Yes, I think so.

Actually, it is Israel who cares more about avoiding Palestinian civilian casualties than does Hamas. They go out of their way with warning the populace of forthcoming attacks. On the other hand, Hamas cares nothing about the Palestinian people. All heartless Hamas cares about is seizing power and participating in the ultimate abortion of Israel.

Judaism is a Religion of Peace

http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/jews-for-justice-aid-boat-sets-sail-for-gaza-1.315773

Please read the article at the above link.

I do not believe that the Palestinians are totally innocent in all that has gone on, but to deprive them of their basic human rights and to kill them wholesale is abominable.  Blockades deny people their basic right to use their property as they see fit.  This was recognized as a universal right by our Founding Fathers, only to be taken away from individuals with due process and only taken away from nations with a justifiable and formal declaration of war with reasonable terms of surrender.

Being against Zionism and being for peace does not mean that you are anti-Semitic.  Evidence of this is that even Jews whose relatives have died in suicide bombing attacks and Holocaust survivors are willing to risk their lives to try to deliver aid to the Palestinians in Gaza.  These brave and unselfish Jews, even though they don’t believe that Jesus is their Messiah, are obeying Jesus’ exhortation in Matthew 5:43-48 (KJV) better than most Christians do.  Though they still need to come to know Jesus as their Savior for their salvation just like everybody else, they have already proven that real Judaism is a religion of peace.  I pray that these Jews might come to know Christ as their Savior.

43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Finding a Permanent Home for Palestinians

How to Achieve Lasting Peace in Palestine

Throughout most of his two terms in office President Bush seemed to be committed to pushing his Road Map for Peace Plan. Wikipedia describes it as follows, “The "road map" for peace is a plan to resolve the Isreli-Palestinian conflict
proposed by a “quartet” of international entities: the United States, the European Union, Russia and the United Nations. The principles of the plan were first outlined by U.S. President George W. Bush in a speech on June 24, 2002, in which he called for an independent Palestinian state living side by side with Israel in peace: "The Roadmap represents a starting point toward achieving the vision of two states, a secure State of Israel and a viable, peaceful, democratic Palestine. It is the framework for progress towards lasting peace and security in the Middle East..." Thankfully, Bush will not have achieved his goal of implementing his plan before he leaves office. This undercutting of our only real ally in the Middle East has been foolish and detrimental to America.

The Road Map to Peace has been a failure. Palestinian refugees are still wallowing in refugee camps, Israel is being terrorized from land (Gaza) it recently exchanged for the promised peace that never comes. A different solution needs to be looked at now.

I recently attended a conference last November and heard Amy Bennett, Executive Director of the International Israeli Allies Caucus Foundation who described a plan proposed by Israeli Knesset member, Benny Elon. He calls his plan “The Israeli Initiative, The Right Road to Peace."

In this article I am introducing this alternative, which was recently brought to my attention with Israel’s retaliatory bombing the last two days in Gaza. Gaza is the territory we forced Israel to give up in exchange for the allusive prospect of peace. Gaza under Iran-backed Hamas has become a literal terrortory.

I really liked what I heard of his plan. America should abandon Bush’s Roadmap and get on the Right Road to Peace . . . Below are the three principles upon which this alternative plan is based. Very serious consideration should be given to scrapping the Roapmap to Peace and studying and working toward implementing the following plan. It serves the best interest of America, Israel, Jordan, Europe and the Palestinian people, the many refugees. The terrorist and the terrorist sponsoring states may not like it, but remember you can never negotiate with terrorists.

The Israeli Initiative: The Right Road to Peace

THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE RIGHT ROAD TO PEACE PLAN

#1 - The rehabilitation of the refugees and the dismantling of the camps

"Israel, the US, and the international community will formulate a multi-year program for full and rapid rehabilitation of the Palestinian refugees, while absorbing them as citizens in various countries. During the rehabilitation process, UNRWA, an organization that perpetuates the status of the refugees, will be dismantled, and all residents of refugee camps will be offered permanent places of residence, citizenship, and a generous rehabilitation grant. The refugee camps will also be dismantled following this process.

#2 - Strategic cooperation with the Kingdom of Jordan

"An exchange for the Palestinian 'Partner' who is unable to bring peace, with a reliable partner interested in stability.

"Israel, the US, and the international community will recognize the Kingdom of Jordan as the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinians, and Jordan will again grant citizenship status to the residents of Judea and Samaria. The Palestinian Authority in Judea, Samaria and Gaza will no longer be recognized as a representative body, and all weapons will be collected from armed organizations.

"Israel, the US, and the international community will invest in the long-term development of the Kingdom of Jordan to restore and strengthen its economy.

"Israel and Jordan, together with Egypt, Turkey, and the US, will create a strategic organization to halt the Islamic axis based in Tehran, and to promote overall peace between Israel and the Arab countries.

#3 - Israeli Sovereignty in Judea and Samaria

"An end to the 'Occupation' and a move to sovereignty, which will prevent Hamas taking control and grant security to Israel and to the countries of the region

"In coordination with Jordan, Israel will extend its sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.

"Arab residents of these areas will become citizens of Jordan (Palestine). Their status, their relationship to the two countries, and the nature of the administration in the populated areas will be formulated and set forth in an agreement between the governments of Israel and Jordan.

"What is promising about this plan is that it preserves and strengthens the nation of Israel and establishes a permanent solution to the Palestinian refugee problem. I am in the process of studying this plan and may have more to say about it in the near future
."

Righting the G.O.P., Part 6

Earlier this year I (Sam) received a solicitation letter from the national Republican Party warning me of the necessity of stopping the Democrat’s ultra-liberal agenda. "What about the Republican agenda?" I asked myself. The GOP's agenda is flawed and is nearly as bad. Actually, that is why I am furious with the GOP. The reasons for my serious displeasure are outlined below and in my previous articles in this series, see: part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4 and part 5. Today I conclude my advice to the GOP with a discussion about the nation of Israel and the creation of the so-called Palestinian state.

President Bush is talking about having a Palestinian state located next to Israel in the Holy Land. Before his presidency this was proposed by Hillary Rodham-Clinton when Bill Clinton was President. What President Bush is proposing is really a Democrat agenda. I am concerned that too often there is no difference between the Republican and the Democrat agendas. Then when there is a difference the Republicans drop their agenda. Is it the Republican’s desire to help Israel? If so, how is it being of help to establish a nation next to Israel whose number one stated objective is the extermination of Israel?

Is it the Republican’s desire to be blessed by God? If so, how can a Republican be secular? This presupposes there is God who can think for Himself and is more powerful than the entire United States of America.

God has said that whoever blesses Abraham, whoever blessed Isaac, and whoever blesses Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel, will be blessed. Abraham was the friend of God and confessed and affirmed to be so by God Himself. God gave Abraham a plot of land known as Canaan. It extended from the river of Egypt in the south to Lebanon in the north; from the Mediterranean Sea in the west to the River Euphrates in the east. Abraham had eight sons but only one was the son of promise from God. That was Isaac.

God said that in Isaac Abraham’s descendents would be counted and they would be a blessing to the rest of mankind. God, on separate occasions promised the same plot of land to Isaac, and to his son Israel. Esau, Israel (Jacob)’s brother, was given a plot of land by God east of the Dead Sea in the Petra area. Beginning with President Truman, America has blessed Israel and God has in turn blessed America.

Beginning with Presidents Ford and Carter the United Sates has been cursing Israel by swapping Israel’s land for “peace”. This, in turn, brings God’s curse on America. Creating a Palestinian State will only bring an increase of God’s judgment on America.
