Welcome to an America under Bureaucracy
The unnecessary and power-grabbing 2000 plus page Obamacare law with its rules and regulations, which create over 150 new agencies, is a great example of a government gone insane, a Bureaucrazy! Another example of Bureaucrazy is the droves of highly paid, highly unaccountable Obama czars, who perpetuate government growth at every opportune crisis, man-made and otherwise!

Congressional Criminal Flash Mob
Like the whirlwind passage of the frenetic farce called ObamaCare, the equally farcical and so-called default-avoiding Debt Increase "Deal" foisted upon America was the work of another Congressional Criminal Flash Mob. This time lead by Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senate Leader Harry Reid. Is it just a part of the crime wave fad sweeping America?Flash MobA flash mob (or flashmob) is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and sometimes seemingly pointless act for a brief time, then disperse, often for the purposes of entertainment and/or satire. --- Wikipedia

Of Ambulance Chasers & First Responders
A Cartoon by Eric Allie as found at The Cagle Post 1/10/2011
Check out the cartoon at the link above, and the one at the end of this post. The first cartoon shows a Tucson, AZ ambulance speeding to the hospital. Following is a car full of ambulance chasing Leftists, maybe they're attorneys as well ...
The second cartoon below depicts people on both the Right and the Left who are quick to blame others. The Left shirks from fixing responsibility on those that committed the crimes - illegal aliens, drug addicts, rapists, pedophiles, etc and want to blame everyone but the perps. The Right says the Left is responsible.
Wow, don't these cartoons say it all? They dramatically represent the state of affairs today. The Left does not want any 'good" crisis to go to waste. That taking advantage of a crisis for political oneupmanship is a Rahmism, the political philosophy and tactic espoused by Rahm Emanuel, the first Chief of Staff of the current president.
Susan Brown wrote a piece called, "The Absence of Civility, Conscience and Sensibility," in The Cagle Post today. It is a commentary on the politicizing of the Tuscon tragedy that occurred at a political event that killed 6 people and wounded a number of others. Here is a brief excerpt from Brown's article.
"...The left seems to be grappling to hold on to their fading Utopian dream and will do anything, hell or high water, to keep people in their column next election and to keep their delusion alive. The hollow attempt to pin the shooter's inspiration on Sarah Palin's now famous "target map" fell short and exposed the nastiness and desperation of the progressive, "Do As I Say, Not As I Do" movement. In reality, "target": maps have been used by both sides - including the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee - for a long time...
"In his recent letter to Fox News CEO Rupert Murdock, Media Matters CEO David Brock wrote, "Beck and Palin are two of Fox's most recognizable figures. Before this heartbreaking tragedy in Arizona, you were unwilling or unable to rein in their violent rhetoric. But now, in the wake of the killings, your network must take a stand.
"Taking a stand against violence is admirable, but it is unconscionable to bend reality in an attempt to politicize violence and disingenuously connect conservatives to a crime committed by an alleged mentally unstable drug addict. Like the Virginia Tech massacre, Tucson will be evermore scarred by the horrific act of a deranged madman. It is time for this nation to respectfully pause and return to civility."

Ohio AG GOP candidate Steve Christopher & the missing signatures
Announced at the close of the meeting was the current Ohio Secretary of State, who is herself a Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, Jennifer Brunner, declared that Christopher had not had sufficient certified signatures on the petitions that he turned into the Secretary of States Office. He claims that he had turned in well over 2,750 signatures. However, Brunner acknowledges receiving only 750 signatures. In other words, the SOS claims that he does not have enough signatures to meet the requirement in order to appear on the ballot.Christopher an attorney from Hardin County will be taking legal action in an attempt to get his name on the ballot and to find out what happened to the other 2,000 signatures, which were submitted to the AG’s office. RINO Republican Mike DeWine is Christopher’s opponent. I would not be surprised if this politician's hands may be somewhat soiled in a Chicago-style political move to do away with his opposition. Interestingly, Dave Yost, another conservative and a former candidate for AG switched to the State Auditor's race when DeWine entered the race for AG. Many conservatives do not trust Mike DeWine, whose defining moment was being one of the gang of 14 who successfully negotiated a compromise in the spring of 2005 to avoid the deployment of the so-called nuclear option over an organized use of the filibuster by Senate Democrats in relation to Bush's judicial nominations.

Is the President Making the Grade?
President Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Obama rates his own first year’s performance as a B+. Yes, in your dreams, maybe, Mr. President. However, in reality it is much different.A president as inept, as inexperienced, as naïve, and as a leftist partisan as this one deserves, at best, an F, overall. But, as someone well notes, if we give him in F he may have to repeat a year, which would be extremely bad for the county. We would be blessed by God, if He holds the nation together until after the 2010 elections.
I just thought of an apt a few new slogan for this president, “Un-elect ‘em in 2012!” or maybe, “Impeachment in 2010.”
Here’s how I would breakdown his performance to date:
Tenacity in carrying out the Leftist agenda---------------A

Applying lessons learned from “Rules for Radicals”---A+
Support for the Military---------------------------------------- D-

The Louisiana Purchase of 2009
“Obamacare took another step toward passage this weekend with a party line vote to allow debate in the US Senate. It takes 60 votes to start debate and the 60 Democrats under the maniacal leadership of Harry Reid accomplished the task.
“But the weekend should serve notice to the naïve amongst us that the Chicago style corruption of politics has captured Washington DC with the election of Barrack Hussein Obama. The corruption of the process was in full display as Reid brokered a deal in public to send 300 billion dollars of your tax money to Louisiana in exchange for the vote of Senator Mary Landrieu. Even the Washington Post was ashamed of the open corruption. “Post political reporter Dana Milbank wrote about the details in Sunday’s edition of the paper saying:Staffers on Capitol Hill were calling it the Louisiana Purchase.
On the eve of Saturday's showdown in the Senate over health-care reform, Democratic leaders still hadn't secured the support of Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.), one of the 60 votes needed to keep the legislation alive. The wavering lawmaker was offered a sweetener: at least $100 million in extra federal money for her home state.
And so it came to pass that Landrieu walked onto the Senate floor mid afternoon Saturday to announce her aye vote -- and to trumpet the financial "fix" she had arranged for Louisiana. "I am not going to be defensive," she declared. "And it's not a $100 million fix. It's a $300 million fix.It was an awkward moment (not least because her figure is 20 times the original Louisiana Purchase price). But it was fairly representative of a Senate debate that seems to be scripted in the Southern Gothic style. The plot was gripping -- the bill survived Saturday's procedural test without a single vote to spare -- and it brought out the rank partisanship, the self-absorption and all the other pathologies of modern politics. If that wasn't enough of a Tennessee Williams story line, the debate even had, playing the lead role, a Southerner named Blanche with a flair for the dramatic.

Motion to Proceed Vote Tonight IS America's Waterloo
.

He needs 60 votes. A vote for the motion to proceed is a vote for government health care. Tremendous pressure and even political bribery is being put on so-called moderate Democrats such as Ben Nelson, Blanche Lincoln, Mary Landrieu, and Mark Warner.
Senator Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) fax: (202) 228-1371
Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) fax: (202) 224-9735
Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) fax: (202) 224-6295
I'm writing to urge you to reject H.R. 3590: The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or any other attempt to force socialized health care or government-mandated health insurance on Americans.
This plan would create rationing through government committees, create an economically unsustainable government-run insurance plan, use taxpayer funds to insure illegal aliens, and impose economy-crushing taxes.
This is troubling, and you must stop it. Please, do the proper thing and reject H.R. 3590, H.R. 3962, the "Affordable Health Care for America Act," or any other attempt to force socialized health care or government-mandated health insurance on Americans.

Dede Scozzafava's Halloween, More Trick, Less Treat!
Cartoon by William Warren as found on NetRightNation.com blog 10/23/09". . . The November 2 contest will replace nine-term Republican John McHugh, who resigned to become Secretary of the Army. President Obama carried the district along the Canadian border with 52%, but George W. Bush carried it twice and Republicans outnumber Democrats by 45,000 or so. With voters alarmed about the economy and runaway spending, this ought to be an easy GOP retention.."Yet party bosses have managed to nominate a rare Republican who could lose: Assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava, whose liberal record has caused voters to flee to Doug Hoffman, a business executive who is running on the Conservative line. Mr. Hoffman has more than 20% support in the latest poll, which is only a few points behind Ms. Scozzafava, who is only a little behind Democratic lawyer Bill Owens . . ."

Late Night Takes – President's Favorite Phrase
The Jay Leno Show
● A new study shows that the phrase most often uttered by President (Soetoro a/k/a) Obama is, “Let me be clear.” The phrase he uses least often? “Let me be specific.”

These jokes are courtesy of NewsMax.com which periodically sends out an email compilation of late night jokes, few of which are worth repeating . . . these are the exceptions.

Has the GOP taken itself off life support?

Here is a letter an acquaintance, R.C., wrote to Chairman Michael Steele. I concur with R.C.'s wise words and counsel.
Dear Chairman Steele,
I see that you said recently (again!) that the Republican Party must be open to "abortion rights" candidates. This is only one of the most obvious reasons, and most egregious, that the Republican Party will die, and deserves to.
I disagree with virtually everything the current Democratic Party stands for, but I have to give them credit for at least one thing - they believe fervently and uncompromisingly in many things, and they don't welcome, and support, candidates in their party who hold views that don't line up with those deep beliefs.
The Republican Party, the other hand, obviously believes in nothing, except getting candidates elected who have an R after their name, whatever their beliefs. It is this total bankruptcy of belief, principle, courage, and morals, its utter failure to stand for anything, that has consigned the Republican Party to the dustbin of history, and all I can say is "Good riddance!"
A once great party, the party of Lincoln, the party that abolished slavery, is now a pathetic, contemptible, vote grubbing coalition of political hacks willing to sell their souls for a vote or a buck.
Though I despise the Democrats and don't want to see them re-elected, I'll vote my conscience and my principles in 2010, perhaps the Constitution Party or America's Independent Party - they may not get elected but at least they've got integrity. The Republican Party doesn't even know the meaning of the word anymore.
Yours truly,R.C., Ohio
