Planned Parenthood is Unscrupulous but not Unstoppable

PPFA, itself, is not what it seems to be. Is it a merely just another health care agency promoting the best interests of women? Is it an organization providing assistance for family planning? Not at all, it is a money grubbing, morals and values compromising and destroying advocate of secular humanistic philosophy and practice. Let's highlight some things that the average American may not know about Planned (actually, preventing) Plarenthood.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD EXPOSED

It is important that the public be educated to the fact that this seemingly benign snake of an organization is really viciously poisonous.

• Women seeking abortions are not told by PPFA of the severe risks that are involved

* PPFA does not inform the women that their child will suffer pain during the abortion killing process . . .

• Most taxpayers are not aware that PPFA receives from the government over $250 million per year to carry out its murderous agenda. They also get a like amount from wealthy corporations and tax-free foundations. Planned Parenthood’s annual revenue is $1 billion dollars.

• Planned Parenthood was responsible to a large extent in defeating the abortion ban in South Dakota this past November. It poured millions into this state, to insure its defeat. S.D. is a state where an abortion ban had previously been passed by the legislature.

• There are cases in Kansas and here in Ohio which allege that Planned Parenthood is involved in cover-ups of child rape and illegal late term abortions.

• Many women who have abortions are emotionally and psychologically harmed and suffer the rest of their lives

• Abortions are not as “safe” as claimed by PPFA, some woman are physically harmed, even fatally, at the hands of abortionist-exterminators

• It is extremely rare that the life of the mother is in serious jeopardy through pregnancy. This is a lie and excuse used to justify this inhuman, ungodly practice.

• PPFA actively promotes rather than discourages pre-marital sex through its so-called sex-education (indoctrination) classes

• PPFA is actively campaigning to de-fund Crisis Pregnancy Centers throughout the U.S. because these centers are providing a true picture of what abortion is and does to women and their children and are perceived to be a treat to the abortionists business.

PPFA definitely is not what it seems.

ACTUAL CASES IN KANSAS & OHIO

AgapePress’s Rusty Pugh reported just yesterday that ...”A Kansas pro-life activist hopes a new district attorney in her home county will continue to investigate and prosecute the notorious abortionist George Tiller. Phill Kline is the outgoing State Attorney General in the Sunflower State, but he has recently been tapped for a new job as district attorney for Johnson County. It is unclear what impact this will have on Kline's investigation of Tiller and area Planned Parenthood facilities for the concealment of child rape and illegal late-term abortions. Pro-life advocate Cheryl Sullenger of Operation Rescue says her group is hopeful that Kline's change of office will allow his pursuit of justice in this matter to proceed...”

I recently received a letter from the Life Legal Defense Foundation which talked about the child-rape/abortion-cover-up lawsuit involving Planned Parenthood, which is being sued for covering up a statutory rape in Ohio. The rape happened to an innocent little 13 year-old-girl who was seduced by her 21-year-old soccer coach, who got her pregnant. The rapist got caught and was convicted and is now serving a long prison sentence.

However, before he got caught for the saatutory rape, he forced the girl to have an abortion at a local Planned Parenthood mill to cover-up his crime.

Planned Parenthood, in direct violation of Ohio state laws, did not notify the girl’s parents that she was trying to obtain an abortion. Neither did Planned Parenthood inform authorities about this about this statutory rape.

I suspect that this is not an isolated incident.

DEFUNDING PLANNED PARENTHOOD

Organizations such as the American Center for Law and Justice (www.ACLJ.org) are working with legislators to try to stop taxpayer funding of this immoral organization. We, the taxpayers, are essentially funding the very lawsuit that PPFA’s filed against Congress itself over the partial-birth abortion ban. Isn’t that the cake? We provide funds to an organization that turns around and sues our representative to move their own agenda of death forward. Enough is enough, I’d say. Write your Senator and Representatives and ask them to stop all funding to Planned Parenthood.

KS Supreme Court Unseals Records that Show Probable Cause for Planned Parenthood Crimes

(TOPEKA, KS) Today the Kansas (KS) Supreme Court unsealed a lawsuit by Planned Parenthood-Overland Park against District Attorney, Phill Kline, who has charged the abortion facility with violating KS abortion law and creating false documents. Planned Parenthood was seeking to have the KS Supreme Court order Kline to return abortion records that are critical evidence in Kline's prosecution of 107 criminal charges against Planned Parenthood.

The KS Supreme Court rejected a letter from the former KS Attorney General Paul Morrison which exonerated Planned Parenthood from any criminal activity. Morrison actually engaged in acts meant to force the evidence from Kline's possession in order to cover up Planned Parenthood's criminal activity, who had supported his election campaign.

The abortion records, which never included any identifying information of the women obtaining abortions, were subpoenaed by Kline when he was KS Attorney General. When still the Attorney General, Kline received permission from Judge Richard Anderson to forward the records to the Johnson County District Attorney's office, with the court's full knowledge that Kline had been appointed to that post. Planned Parenthood secretly sued Kline to get the records back, a suit that was joined first by Morrison, and then by Attorney General Stephen Six after Morrison's resignation in December of 2007 due to a sex and corruption scandal.

The KS Attorney General's office under Morrison and Six have always said that the abortion records must be returned in order to protect patient privacy. However, all the patient identifying information was taken out long ago. Troy Newman, Operation Rescue, said "One has to wonder about the integrity of the Attorney General's office that continues to promulgate such untrue statements."

Further, the unsealed records indicate that all of the judges who have viewed the evidence against the Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri have found probable cause that crimes have been committed.

Students for Life of America's Executive Director, Kristan Hawkins, stated, "Today, we have seen a victory because the truth has finally been revealed. The evidence that Kline has in his case against Planned Parenthood needs to see its day in the courtroom. All pro-lifers should be watching this case closely to see how Planned Parenthood has and still is continuing to LIE and USE DIRTY MONEY to cover-up for their crimes." She further stated that "This is the first time criminal charges have been brought against Planned Parenthood since Roe v. Wade. Planned Parenthood's federal funding will be at stake if they are convicted of committing multiple crimes. This case could be the one that puts the final nail in Planned Parenthood's coffin."

Amen, Kristan. Nothing would be better for this society and for the human beings, who are now destined to be systematically exterminated in TAXPAYER-FUNDED Planned Parenthood’s abortion chambers throughout America, than to be expose Planned (actually, Preventing) Parenthood. They are evil lawless people-destroyers.

Let us sincerely hope and fervently pray that Phill Kline is successful in his pursuit of legal action against this wantonly criminal establishment. Not only are abortions and racial genocide being committed, which in and of itself is morally reprehensible, but there are massive cover-ups and blatant disregard for the law. The Planned Parenthood abortion mills are protecting, not the rape victim, but the perpetrators. Any of these violations should cause them to lose all federal and state taxpayer funding. They need to be fined to the hilt.

Time for HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to Resign

 



There is a lot of news lately about the murder of 20 kindergartners in Newton, CT. The mainstream media is laser focused on this story. So are other progressives, who are licking their chops at the opportunity of taking advantage of another "crisis" to advance thier liberty-robbing agenda. We will hear much about the need to control guns, rather than the real contributor to the massacre: the removal of God, the Bible, and Judeo-Christian ethics and values from the classroom, the courtroom and the culture! And what about the prime perpetrator of the American Holocaust, Planned Parenthood and the millions murdered by that evil enterprise? Here is a little covered story, which may give another of President Obama's pro-death comrades a headache, too.

The video above and the text below are from the pro-life American Life League (ALL), which has a petition calling on President Barack "No Problem with Partial Birth Abortions and the Murder of Failed Abortion Babies" Obama's pro-death advocate and current Health and Human Service Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius, to immediately resign for her part in the cover-up and destruction of documents in the Kansas Planned Parenthood case. That case involved Planned Parenthood's failure to report child rape victims who were forced to used their gruesome services.

"ALL has called on Sebelius to resign due to the scandal.

“"“At a time when the implementation of major changes to our health systems is drawing near we need a HHS secretary the people can trust to uphold the law and with the time to devote fully to the operation of that area of the government,” said Jim Sedlak, ALL’s vice president. “It is becoming clear that Secretary Sebelius is going to be distracted by the likely criminal allegations against her and her administration in Kansas.”

"“As the leader of ALL’s efforts against Planned Parenthood we have long known of the connections between that organization and Sebelius,” Sedlak said. “With the growing data being unearthed by organizations and individuals in Kansas, it appears her legal culpability will be much larger than first thought. Now is the time for Secretary Sebelius to resign. Anything less would be a disservice to the American people and to those who believe that government officials are not above the law and their positions should be used to serve the public: not to thwart the law in order to advance individual ideology.”

"Responding to the scandal, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt has asked the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office to launch an investigation. He said he has asked the Shawnee County sheriff to investigate and asked the county’s district attorney to handle any resulting case.

“’(Schmidt) wants a complete, separate investigation from an outside law enforcement agency,’ Sheriff Dick Barta said, according to the Topeka Capital-Journal. ‘That’s why we were requested to do that.’”
During a recent hearing, District Attorney Steve Howe explained to Judge Stephen Tatum that former Attorney General Steve Six had destroyed the copies of Termination of Pregnancy (TOP) forms obtained through subpoena under former Attorney General Phill Kline. The destruction took place after Kline had filed the charges and while the case was under appeal. Howe indicated that the destruction of the evidence by Six “may have violated their own retention policy.”

“Howe stunned pro-life supporters when he told Judge Tatum that the original TOP forms submitted by Planned Parenthood to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) had been destroyed in 2005 “for reasons still unclear.”

“The forms were critical evidence since a copy of the forms were supposed to be maintained in the patient files. However, when Kline received the patient files after three years of legal wrangling, it was discovered that the forms submitted to KDHE and the forms in the patient records did not match. Judge Richard Anderson had the forms analyzed by police handwriting evidence and determined that the forms in the patient filed had been manufactured.

“Recently, Operation Rescue received documents via an open records request that shows on August 10, 2005, Planned Parenthood’s Sheila Kostas made an e-mail request for information on all the TOP forms submitted by their organization for the years 2000-2004. The Kansas Supreme Court was set to hear oral arguments just a few weeks later on September 5, 2005, concerning weather Planned Parenthood and late-term abortion practitioner George Tiller would have to comply with subpoenas for patient records.

“The records show that KDHE’s Greg Crawford complied with Kosta’s request the following day. Information supplied by Crawford could have easily been used by Planned Parenthood to fill out bogus TOP forms and insert them into the patient files to cover up for the fact that they had not maintained the records as required by law.

“Without the original forms or the copies obtained by Kline, Howe told the court that he was left with an incomplete set of copies and cannot establish a chain of custody for them, making the legal hurdles in continuing the prosecution of the felony charges “insurmountable.”

"Howe did express that he is proceeding on the remaining 58 criminal counts. The next hearing in the case was set for February 22, 2012.

"“Steve Six must be held accountable for this destruction of evidence and obstruction of justice,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman, who was present at the hearing. “What we have is a conspiracy to destroy evidence in order to protect Planned Parenthood. The more we learn, the more apparent it becomes that former Gov. Kathleen Sebelius is at the heart of this political corruption. She appointed Six and controlled him and the KDHE under her administration. We must have an aggressive investigation of this scandal.”

"Schmidt, who defeated Six in his 2010 bid for re-election, received applause from OR for his request for the investigation.

"“We hope this investigation will be done impartially and without the political bias that tainted the Sebelius administration,” said Newman. “While we are disappointed and troubled that the felony charges cannot proceed, we are pleased that 58 very serious counts related to illegal late-term abortions are moving forward. There is still some hope that a small measure of justice can still be achieved.”

"Kansans for Life Executive Director, Mary Kay Culp, attended the hearing and said that Planned Parenthood’s attorney again went on a diatribe against Phill Kline and how the case had always been without merit.

"She told LifeNews, “Despite Planned Parenthood’s pathetic efforts to once again use Phill Kline as a distraction, the facts are that two judges found probable cause to believe Planned Parenthood committed felonies, and the only reason it can’t be proved is selective and purposeful destruction of evidence at what may have been the very highest level of Kansas government.”

“"At least four things need to happen,” Culp said, “a full scale investigation by current AG Schmidt into the destruction of evidence, possible ethics charges against former AG Steve Six and co-conspirators, a vigorous prosecution of Planned Parenthood by D.A. Howe for the remaining charges of illegal late-term abortions, and a full review of this case in its entirety by the Kansas Legislature.”"

It will be interesting and instructive to follow this case, to see if justice is still obtainable in this Leftist dominated government and court system! What is becoming much more prevalent than the abortion giant Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) would like to admit, sexual predators and adults are abusing children in their abortion clinics throughout this nation. All Lila had were a video camera and a few video recordings, which are her smooth stones and her slingshot. She demonstrates the same courage and the faith in the same almighty God of the Bible as the youthful David did in defending the defenseless.

“Footage from an undercover camera inside an abortion clinic in Bloomington shows Planned Parenthood staff deliberately violating the state's mandatory reporting laws for sexual abuse.The footage shows Lila Rose, a UCLA student reporter and president of right-to-life advocacy group Live Action, posing as a 13-year-old girl. In an appointment with a Planned Parenthood nurse, Rose says she has been impregnated by a 31-year-old man, a clear case of child molestation under Indiana state law.

“On tape, the nurse acknowledges her responsibility to report the incident, but assures Rose she will not. The nurse says, "I am supposed to report to Child Protective Services," but assures Rose, "Okay, I didn't hear the age [of the 31-year-old]. I don't want to know the age."

“She then instructs Rose how to obtain a secret abortion by crossing state lines in order to avoid Indiana's parental consent law. The nurse also coaches Rose to cover for the 31-year-old man by saying he is only 14. She says, "You've seen him around, you know he's 14, he's in your grade and whatever. You know what I mean."

“. . . Rose described the undercover audit . . . as "demonstrating the routine lawlessness of abortion providers at Planned Parenthood." Rose noted, "Today's video release is only a sample from many hours of similarly disturbing footage."

“Planned Parenthood, a tax-exempt nonprofit, made over $100 million in profits last year and has a billion-dollar budget, nearly a third of which comes from taxpayers through government funding.

“Jackie Stollar, student president of a Live Action chapter in Oregon, accompanied Rose on the investigation. "In a repeated pattern, Planned Parenthood has violated the public trust. It should have its government funding revoked," she said. "During an economic crisis, can the government really spare $300 million to support such an unethical organization?" . . .

AG INVESTIGATION OF PLANNED PARENTHOOD SOUGHT

Last week, on Monday, December 12 and on Wednesday, December 14 the Indianapolis Star newspaper online carried stories about this tragic situation at Planned Parenthood clinics in Indiana. The same thing is also happening across the nation. The newspaper reported that several pro-life groups including residents of Indiana are calling for an investigation into Planned Parenthood’s guidance practices and statutory rape claims in its 35 affiliates in the state. The pro-life groups and other concerned citizens want to see an end to the child abuse and endangerment stopped.

The Indianapolis Star quoted the American Life League President Jim Sedlak, who joined other pro-life advocates, as saying "We have much reason to believe that the children of Indiana are in grave danger thanks to money-making agenda of Planned Parenthood. It is more financially advantageous for Planned Parenthood to foster a culture of child endangerment and rape – therefore, they are more than willing to hand these kids back over to their tormentors. We look to (Indiana) Attorney General Carter to enforce the law that protects against this gross abuse and safeguards the innocent children of this state."

The newspaper went on to note that Planned Parenthood of Indiana also had recently come under fire for distributing gift certificates that can be redeemed for abortions.

The newspaper also reported that Betty Cockrum, Planned Parenthood of Indiana's president and chief executive officer, issued a statement Thursday saying the assistant violated the group's policies regarding the reporting of abuse.

Cockrum said that although the incident did not involve an actual underage patient, Planned Parenthood has "taken swift and thorough action to ensure that every patient receives the highest-quality care." Planned Parenthood of Indiana has not identified the aide.”

OBAMA AND PLANNED PARENTHOOD

Chicago politician and President-elect Barack Obama is one of the most ardent supporters of all abortion procedures even opposing the partial birth abortion ban and opposing the Born Alive bill in Illinois. Barack Obama is also an ally of the gutless giant Planned Parenthood organization. Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry is one of Obama's biggest backers. This is an unholy alliance that does not bode well for America or for the unborn future.

It’s not only their core business, the murderous abortion procedure, that is solely so atrocious. It is also that they disregard the law. They are lawless. They are complicit in not reporting underage child rapes, and they even facilitate cover-ups of those violations. Now they are even willing to work with sex traffickers in servicing their products, the young girls and women, victims who work as indentured sex slaves. Under the radar, Planned Parenthood provides services such as abortion, birth control etc. Amazingly, they are even willingly provide business consultation to pimps and prostitutes as to how to more effectively run their prostitution business!

 

Worse yet, we, the taxpayers of these United States are providing this vile, disgraceful, despicable organization with funding to supplement its increasing insidious and devious activities. Extraordinarily, Planned Parenthood, has been treated with respect by many in this society, such as liberal churches, educators and many in the medical community, that it does not deserve. In fact, they do not deserve one penny of public funding, no matter how slick their public relations and marketing may be. Like ACORN, the ACLU, and the NEA their work is to undermine the very founding principles and values of America.  Above all, Planned Parenthood epitomizes the very worst element of the Leftist movement.

 

A modern day Esther sticking up for the unborn, Lila Rose, a young student-journalist and her Live Action organization has exposed the seedy side of this godless and perverted organization. Planned Parenthood and their  sinister associates like NARAL and the National Abortion Federation do not like that exposure. Truth hurts liars. These evil organizations, like rats backed into a corner, will attack will viciousness to try to discredit and to minimize the “damage” done by heroines such as Miss Rose. After all Planned Parenthood, believe it or not, is a billion dollar business, receiving, sorry to say, 1/3 of its funding from the public trough!

 

Here is the latest in regard to Planned Parenthood’s criminal activity. Steven Ertelt wrote two articles, “Abortionists Busted,” written for the Washington Times and a second, “Second Video Shows Planned Parenthood-Sex Trafficking Coverup,” which he wrote for LifeNews.com. He wrote this about Planned Parenthood, “The pro-choice group has a history of having staffers caught in videos while engaging in everything from misleading women about the scientific facts behind the development of their unborn child to helping underage girls get abortions after they were victims of statutory rape by much older men without informing parents or police.

Ertelt talks about the undercover investigative journalism that has produced several powerful videos that reveal the seemly underbelly of this seedy so supposed healthcare facility. He records, “The videos provide … cold, hard evidence of the mentality behind the abortion industry and the lengths to which Planned Parenthood will go to sell abortions to women - and girls - of any age.”

He adds, “The videos could become the next partial-birth-abortion controversy - a game-changing look at the issue of abortion in a way that goes beyond the typical pro-life-vs.-pro-choice bumper-sticker slogans; they hit at the reality of abortion.

Ertelt relates that in the two video below, “(P)aid staffers help supposed sex-trafficking perpetrators secure abortions.” This should awaken the public outrage to demand that the government and law enforcement do something about this terrible injustice.

He concludes, “As more Americans are confronted with a changed image of Planned Parenthood - from compassionate health care provider to a partner in exploiting women for financial gain - the potential for public opinion to shift further to the pro-life side grows.”
