Vote a Conservative Congress, Part 1

For a Conservative Congress

This will be part of an on-going series, which will identify key races where we either need to retain strong conservatives or to elect strong conservatives. My personal being faced with two inferior candidates for President offered by our major political parties, we must turn our attention to insuring more conservative American-values oriented persons are elected to the U.S. Congress.
.
THE RACE

The first congressional race that we will highlight is Ohio District 1. I suggest that all conservatives in Ohio U.S. District 1, in Ohio and elsewhere need to get strongly support is Representative Steve Chabot, Republican incumbent from Ohio (Cincinnati.)

He is a strong pro-life, pro-family leader, he's for securing the border, he's against the Kyoto Treaty, which would force us to partake in the global warming hoax. He has been a strong conservative voice and vote since 1994. Look at his stands and his record as reported at
OnTheIssues.com and see why he is so badly needed in the horrible house now more than ever. He is the type of individual who is not afraid to do the right thing.

THE RATING

Chabot is a strong, solid conservative. See
OnTheIssues.com

Congressman Chabot’s opponent is supposedly a "moderate and fiscally conservative.”

THE REALITIES

The Democratic Party has targeted Representative Chabot on their hit list. He is much too conservative for their liberal appetites.

RaisingKaine.com considers Chabot to be vulnerable and has this to say, “Chabot's 6-point victory in 2006 shows that beating him will be tough in this district in Ohio's southwestern corner, but in 2008 he faces a much stronger challenger in minority whip of the Ohio state House, Steve Driehaus. Chabot also may struggle with his African-American constituents who make up over a quarter of the district's population.”

Prognosis:
Congressman Steve Chabot will win reelection by a nose hair in November.
