What Democrats Want, Day 58, Countdown to Oblivion? MILITARY (Part 2)

As of today, there are 58 days until the most consequential election in American history. This is what they say about many past elections, but this is really it. For if the Democrats seize power – control of the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate and the Presidency – and doing it by hook or by crook (the justifies the means, you know) America as we know it will be forever changed. America envisioned and created by the Founding Fathers will disappear into the shadows of history.

The ungodly secular-humanists/Marxists slow march through America’s institutions over the last 100 years or so will have reached a crescendo – fulfilling Mr. Obama’s fundamental transformation of America. Never again will the demonic Democratic Party relinquish its grip on political power and control of the masses.

Envision with me what a Socialist Democratic Party, takeover, a bloodless coup, a regime change, would look like. This is one in a series of daily articles leading up to the 2020 General Election scheduled for November 3, 2020.

Yesterday we discussed how the two most recent Democratic presidents damaged our military. Today we will take a deeper look into the party platforms and their overall approaches to the military.

Republicans on the Military

Here is a good summary of what the position of the GOP is on the military it was written in 2016, but like the Republican Party platform it continues to be applicable and in force today. “The Republican Party believes that the key to maintaining a safe and successful nation is maintaining a strong, traditional military. They believe that the country should have a strong and comprehensive defense system. Republican views on military are centered around the belief that strengthening the military will build a safer world and a stronger defense system for this country, with the Party stating that ‘a strong and well-trained American military is the world’s best guarantee of peace.’ They adamantly believe that the only way to achieve this goal and gain greater security is to increase the defense budget.” 

‘Peace through strength’ encapsulates it all, quite nicely. President Reagan was right.

The Veteran Administration was in terrible shape when President Trump took office, for example. His administration has worked to correct some of the shortcomings of the V.A. Health System.

Democrats on the Military

In addition to the actions and policies noted yesterday of recent Democratic presidents, the 2020 Democratic Party platform includes, “plans to ensure military pay keeps pace with civilian wages, provide new tax credits for caregivers of injured veterans, and “rebalance our investments” in the Defense Department to limit wasteful spending.” This rhetoric sounds good, but actions are what is important. And the actions taken in the last 16 years of Democrat control of the White House doesn’t match the talk. 

The Democratic Party platform “pledges to protect the rights of homosexuals,  lesbians, and transgender service members, and to block efforts to privatize key responsibilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs.”  Protecting sexual anarchists is high on their list as far as the military is concerned. It is a needless distraction and an obstacle to military readiness and strength. The one true purpose of the armed forces is to national security and the protection of its the citizens from foreign enemies, not social experimentation or pushing a political agenda, which in the case of the Democrats is the sexual anarchy using the military as a starting point to infect all of society. 

Conclusion

What you can count on if the Democratic Party would win control of both houses of Congress and the White House, is: appeasing our enemies, weakening our military, ignoring national security including open borders inviting illegals, criminals and terrorists.  If you want all that then by all means vote Democrat.

However, if you want a government that stands up to our enemies - China, Russia, Iran and Islamic terrorism, that has a high priority to strengthen the readiness of our armed forces and that intends to further secure our borders and demand legal entry then be sure to vote Republican.

What ever happened to law and order? Anyone examining the political and cultural landscape today, especially in the large metropolitan areas, would have to  agree that we are lacking law and order. Riots, looting, arson, vandalism, assaults and even murder exist essentially unchecked by local “authorities.” What is the solution to this lawlessness? Why does this lawlessness exist? What caused the lawlessness in the first place? 

Is America a Lawless Society?

The answer is “Yes.” We have the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to thank for much of the increased lawlessness. Why? The nation has become more and more pagan because instead of looking at our Founding Documents, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, we have conformed our “laws” to a changing and perverse culture. 

How did this happen? Through a string of wicked, unconstitutional rulings by  activist, agenda-driven judicial tyrants the fundamental transition of America has been “progressing”:

Ø  Prayer taken out of schools - Engel v. Vitale (1962)

Ø  Bible tossed out of the schools - Abington School District v. Schempp (1963)

Ø  Removing the 10 commandments out of the schools – Stone v. Graham (1980)

Ø  Making abortion “legal” -Roe v. Wade (1963) and Bolton v. Doe (1963)

Ø  Legalizing sodomy - Lawrence v. Texas (2003)

Ø  Legalizing same sex “marriage” - Obergefell v. Hodges (2015)

Ø  Protecting employees against discrimination because of their sexual orientation or gender identity - Bostock v. Clayton County (2020)

In these rulings we have essentially tried to kicked God out of our schools and public square.  We have become barbaric when in 1973 abortion became legalized and continues relative unchecked and vehemently protected by the full force and might of the Democratic Party. We’ve also made gross sexual immoral behavior (LHBT) acceptable, protected and celebrated.

What is the Cause of Lawlessness?

As a nation have incrementally turned our collective backs on the Founder’s blueprint in establishing a new nation, separating from the tyrannical British Empire 250 years ago. 

Look at the words of the opening paragraph of our Declaration of Independence:

Ø  “When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”

The writers refer to two different sets of laws, nature’s and God’s. Here the reference to nature is to God’s creation. There are certain systems, order and processes that can be observed with the eye and studied by scientists and others which serve as the basis of the various sciences and areas of study, which is naturally occurring. Then there is certain and inevitable systems, processes, order and laws on a spiritual plane, which were established by God. These are found in the Bible. The Founders clearly understood the two sets of laws. They used them as a basis for breaking away from the British and starting a new nation under God.
