WHY IS THE BIRTHER QUESTION STILL BEING RAISED?

MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE THESE THINGS HAVEN'T BEEN DISPUTED.

Mystery resurfacing again.............

1. Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes'. So how can the Obama birth certificate state he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used at that time? 2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is age 25 years old and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, East Africa". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate". 3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978? Why hasn't this been discussed in the major media????? The Birth Certificate and Donald Trump are Fakes

Is it real?  I don’t know yet, but even if it is real, something is fishy about all of this.  Why wait until now to release it?  What did he have to hide?  Even if this alleged birth certificate is real and even if Obama really was born in Hawaii, that doesn’t necessarily mean that he meets the Constitutional requirement of a natural born citizen. 

The meaning of the phrase “natural born Citizen”  has not been examined by any court and there was a lot of debate about the precise definition after the original Constitution was ratified.  Some people thought that it meant anyone who was born in the United States and was a citizen.  Others thought that it meant that one was born to parents who were citizens.  But no court has ever weighed the evidence on both sides of this debate.  Obama’s father was definitely not a natural born citizen.  The idea that everyone born in the United States is automatically a citizen didn’t come about until the 14^th Amendment, but that does not change the meaning of or necessarily change the requirement “natural born Citizen”.  And don't forget the "under the jurisdiction of" requirement.  (To me this is irrelevant because I know that the 14^th Amendment is fraudulent.)  Many people, such as John McCain, were born outside of the United States to parents who were citizens, and he was considered to eligible to become President (by Congress, at least).  So to place everything on the location of the birth is not necessarily right.  We know that the intent of the Founding Fathers was to prevent a man from becoming President with divided national loyalities. 

Even if Obama met the requirements of a natural born citizen at the time of his birth, that does not necessarily mean that he retained these qualifications throughout his lifetime.  Remember that he was raised in Indonesia.  I am told that Barry Soetoro became a citizen of Indonesia and that time one could not have dual citizenship.  Therefore, Obama could not have retained his United States citizenship.  He could then legally become a naturalized citizen again, but a naturalized citizen is not a natural born citizen.  And even if they did allow dual citizenship between the United States and Indonesia, that would have created a divided national loyalty.  So even if he technically were constitutionally eligible to become President it obviously goes against the spirit of the Constitution.  Anyone who is knowledgeable about the Constitution and the most basic details of the history of Obama’s upbringing should never have voted for him.  All that hard work that Founding Fathers did to safeguard our liberty, and the American people were willing to just throw it away so that government could take care of us from cradle to grave.

And what do you think about Donald Trump taking credit for getting Obama to release his birth certificate?  Trump said that he was “proud” of himself for resolving this issue once and for all.  Trump is a fraud.  I wouldn’t be surprised if this newly revealed birth certificate as well as the old one are fraudulent and that Trump and Obama are in cahoots to fool the American people.  This would accomplish two things.  It would further marginalize the birther movement, taking it off people’s minds so that “we can get on with other issues (like how to ruin our economy even more)”.  This would boost Obama’s ratings among anyone on the fence.  Despite Obama’s low approval rate, with a little election fraud, he just might be able to pull it off in ’12.  

The second purpose would be to boost Trump’s approval rating.  He got a lot more media attention because of this.  The media is pretending to be against Trump, calling him stupid for having been a birther, to garner the sympathy vote.  Trump may be the next candidate of the establishment or he could be a back up (like McCain was) in case Obama flounders.  

He is bringing back protectionism into the political discourse.  That is not the answer to our political problems, we need to cut spending!  We are manipulating our currency just as much as China is, so how can we say that they are cheating us?  This is mostly a red herring.  

The Washington Times reported that Trump said that he was in favor of a single payer, universal healthcare.  That would be worse than Obamacare.  And do you really want to vote for someone who made so much money off gambling casinos?  Is that the way to have compassion for people?

The Right Way to Amend the Constitution, part 19

This is part nineteen of an ongoing series of articles containing my proposals for amendments to the Constitution. For someone who claims so fervently to be a “Constitutionalist”, how is it that I can be so eager to change the Constitution? Well, there are several reasons. For one thing, I believe that after the Bill of Rights, much damage was done by some of the amendments that were added and the legitimacy of some of their ratifications are questionable. Secondly, the Constitution has been violated so much that the necessity of further amendments is needed to resolve the resulting problems. But this should be done extremely cautiously. My amendments are extremely unlikely to ever be introduced, much less ratified, but hey, I can dream, can’t I?

In this post I am writing about a modification I have made to a previous proposed amendment and a withdrawal of another.

Section 6: Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states according to the number of born persons in each state excluding Indians not taxed.

I added the above new section to my pro-life constitutional amendment proposal. The original wording contained language requiring that all laws containing the word “person” would be interpreted as inclusive of the unborn. But it is not reasonable that unborn babies should be included in census enumerations. Historically, they were not included and it wouldn't be right to include some while others are not included because the mother is not yet aware of the pregnancy. Forcing women to take a pregnancy test would be excessively intrusive and not necessarily reliable.

I am also being kind of sneaky with this because this would also nullify the 16^th amendment (if had ever been properly ratified in the first place). No more direct, unapportioned taxes.

Secondly, I am withdrawing my proposal to amend the constitution to remove Barack Obama from office as this would be a Bill of Attainder. I still agree that he should be removed, but the method I had proposed is unacceptable. Article I section 9 forbids Bills of Attainder which I can now see should even include constitutional amendments. This must be done through the courts. But future crises such as this could be avoided with a clarifying amendment.

Mr. Obama:

We are tired of the Birthers claiming you are not eligible to serve as President of the United States.

Please do us all a favor, just to shut them up, and publicly release the following records:

· Original Birth Certificate – Long Form (not the Certificate of Life Birth, which is useless as identification even by the governments’ standards.)
· Kindergarten records.
· Punahou school records.
· Occidental College records.
· Columbia University records.
· Columbia thesis.
· Harvard Law School records.
· Harvard Law Review articles.
· Scholarly articles from the University of Chicago.
· Passport.
· Medical records.
· Files from his years as an Illinois state senator.
· Illinois State Bar Association records.
· Any baptism records.
· And adoption records.

Please do so immediately. By shoving these documents in their faces - it will make these so called BIRTHERS cringe in their seats and eat crow!

These should be made public record anyway as you are now the president of the united States and thy are owed to the public for posterity. They will end up in your Presidential library anyway.

Also, in this trying economy, it would be a great savings if you stopped spending the hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorneys to PREVENT people from seeing your now HISTORICAL records.

T.D. sends this very enlightening fictional visit by Detective Columbo to the alleged President Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama. This fictional encounter is based on true facts and should be mimicked by the courts and/or Congress.


"Ah, sorry to bother you Mr. Obama, Sir. . .

"Excuse me Mr. Obama, I mean President Obama, Sir. Um . . I know you're busy, and important and stuff. I mean, running the county is very important and -- ah -- I hate to bother you, Sir. I will only take a minute. Ok, Sir?

"See, I have these missing pieces that are holding me up, and I was wondering, Sir, if you could take time out of your busy schedule and help me out. You know, no big deal, just some loose ends and things.

Update: Open Letter to Mr. Obama

November 9, 2008

On Friday evening, October 31, 2008, under the heading, "WTP USA TODAY AD ON TAP," WTP announced our intention to publish an open letter to Barack Obama asking him to provide certain documents to prove he was a natural born citizen of the United States who had not relinquished his American citizenship. We provided a draft of the letter and requested donations to cover the cost - approximately $90.000.

For the next three days, leading up to Election Day, we heard from people supportive of the idea, some of whom contributed more than $5,000 for the project, believing as we did, that Mr. Obama would win the popular vote.

During those three days leading up to Election Day we also heard from people who were not supportive of the idea, some of whom sent us information that they said proved Mr. Obama was a natural born citizen of the United States.

We did not hear from anyone representing Mr. Obama offering, say, to provide the requested information.

As expected, Mr. Obama won the popular vote on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4th.
Following Mr. Obama's election many people have emailed WTP to inquire about the status of the publication of the open letter in USA TODAY.

Unfortunately, we were not able to provide any updates during the week due to the unscheduled unavailability of our IT contractor.

STATUS: ON THE QUESTION OF WHETHER TO PUBLISH

Not wanting to publish the open letter if, in fact, the public record contained proof of Mr. Obama's eligibility, we decided to take a close look at what had been sent to us last week by those opposed to the publication of the open letter and what others have been reporting since Mr. Berg filed his lawsuit on August 21, 2008.

We have come to the conclusion that the facts presented by Mr. Berg in Berg v. Obama, that are material to the case ARE NOT IN GENUINE DISPUTE and that at his peril, Mr. Obama has a duty to refute them. As a United States Court of Appeals has held, "Silence can only be equated with fraud where there is a legal or moral duty to speak or where an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading." See United States v. Prudden, 424 F.2d 1021 (5th Cir. 1970), cert. denied, 400 U.S. 831(1970).
The COLB posted on his website in 2007, and now Mr. Obama's silent misrepresentation are both intentionally misleading and material.

STATUS: FUNDING
As of today, $6801.26 has been contributed toward the cost of publishing the open letter in USA TODAY.

The general treasury of the WTP Foundation will not be used to pay for the publication of the open letter. Only those funds donated to pay for the letter will be used

SCHEDULE: ELECTORAL COLLEGE, ETC.

If we raise enough money this week, we will publish the open letter during the week of November 17, 2008, asking Mr. Obama to respond on November 24, 2008. This leaves sufficient time for an evaluation of Mr. Obama's documentation, if any, before his representatives to the Electoral College are certified by their respective state Governors on December 1, 2008, before those representatives to the Electoral College cast their votes for Mr. Obama on December 15, 2008, and before the joint session of the Congress counts the votes cast by the Electoral College on January 6, 2009.

On January 20, 2009, Mr. Obama will usurp the power of the Office of the President of the United States of America, unless:

He provides documentary evidence that he is a natural born citizen of the United States who has not relinquished his American citizenship, or

By December 1, 2008, a court order prevents or nullifies the certification of his representatives to the Electoral College on the ground of Mr. Obama's ineligibility, or

By December 15, 2008, a court order prevents or nullifies votes cast for Mr. Obama by his representatives to the Electoral College on the ground of his ineligibility, or

On January 6, 2009, one or more members of the United States House of Representatives and one or more members of the United States Senate raise an objection to the counting of the votes cast for Mr. Obama by the Electoral College, requiring all members to retire to their respective houses for deliberation and vote, or

By January 6, 2009, a court order prevents or nullifies the count by the joint session of Congress of the votes cast for Mr. Obama by the Electoral College on the ground of his ineligibility, or

By January 20, 2009, a court order prevents or nullifies the swearing in of Mr. Obama to the Office of the President of the United States.
