Just when Cleveland was regaining a modicum of pride and respectability with the world’s greatest basketball player choosing to once again employ his craft in Northeastern Ohio. Just at a time when the ‘new’ Browns seem to be overcoming their loser mentality and status. Just at a time the city of Cleveland wins a huge prize in landing the 2016 Republican Convention. That’s when two clueless councilmen come up with the brilliant idea of fully implementing the depraved agenda of the godless Left thereby forcing the acceptance of double-minded, mixed-up men using women’s bathrooms, showers, and lipstick. You just shouldn’t be putting lipstick on a pig, should you?

Cleveland's Proposed "Transgender-friendly" legislation opening all restrooms to both sexes Defines the Depravity of Left.    Akron, OH - Tom Zawistowski, President of the We the People Convention, spoke out today about proposed legislation in Cleveland, Ohio that would allow people who "claim" to be transgender to decide at any time which public restroom or shower they wish to use at that moment. Furthermore, the legislation would provide fines of "not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or sentenced to not less than three (3) months imprisonment, or both" for any person or any business barring one gender from using a facility designated for the other that is a public restroom or shower.    The authors of the Legislation, Matt Zone from Ward 15 and Joe Cimperman from Ward 3 in Cleveland, claim that this is "common sense legislation" and that "the measure is designed to give transgender people the power to use whichever restroom aligns with their gender identity" in an effort to help transgendered people feel more comfortable using public restrooms. On Wednesday, November 12, at 1:30 PM there will be a committee meeting in Cleveland City Hall to discuss the proposed ordinance.   Zawistowski, responded to the proposal by saying "The fact that the radical regressive Democratic left, continues to use gay and transgender citizen's to advance their anti-American, anti-liberty, anti-religious agenda is just beyond the pale.  Like the phony "gay-marriage" fight which has nothing to do with gay rights or marriage, but is simply a well hidden attack on religious freedom for the vast majority of US Citizens as well as an attack on America's critical social institutions, this insane legislation, has nothing to do with helping citizens who "claim" to be transgender to be more comfortable in society. All this does is raise anger against transgender citizens, not because of prejudice, but because the radical regressive left goes out of their way to put them in a position of looking like they are attacking non-transgender citizens by asking for laws the are discriminatory to the majority. They don't want equal rights, they want "special" additional rights."   Zawistowski went on to give several examples, "Look at Councilman Zone and Cimperman's quotes. Clearly there is nothing common sense about letting men into women's bathrooms without the consent of those women. But that is not the half of the problem. They say the measure is designed to "give transgender people the power" to use which ever restroom they want. Power over whom? Over the 99.7% of all Clevelander's who are not transgender! They don't want transgender citizens to be treated equally; they want to give them more rights than you and I - even if you don't live in Cleveland. What if our are from other parts of Ohio, and you are a woman who goes to Browns game, do you want men in the restroom with you who you don't know and haven't agreed to let in there with you? How would you like to be fined $1,000 if you try to throw them out of the women's restroom? This legislation intends to take away your rights to be safe and secure when you go to the restroom or shower and will do so without your permission. Do you want your 14 year old daughter or granddaughter to go into a restroom at a park or restaurant and be followed in there by some creepy guy you don't know? What happens the first time someone "claiming" to be transgender assaults a women in your place of business? Who do you think is going to get sued? The result of this legislation will not result in an infinitesimal minority of citizens feeling "more comfortable", it will result in nearly all other American's feeling uncomfortable and will cause there to be less "public" restrooms for everyone. Exactly what the left wants - public chaos and the destruction of our civil society and the institutions that support it! These Councilmen are unfit for office and clearly do not represent the interests of 99.7% of the voters in their wards or in all of Cleveland for that matter."   Zawistowski concluded by saying, "This is another in a long line of attacks by the radical regressive Democratic left to break down the norms of our society using semantics, like "gay-marriage" and "social justice", and emotional appeals of "injustice" to hide their true intent. Which is to take away our liberty and individual freedom to make our own decisions, all the while claiming to do the opposite. The left's is trying to take away the right of the majority of citizens to decide what is "normal" in our society and instead have the state tell us what we must accept as normal. That is not how it works in our representative republic, which is a form of democracy where power comes from the people to its representatives in order to implement the wishes of the majority while still protect the rights of minorities. No one is denying Transgender citizens the right to use a bathroom now, but a "claim" that somehow this makes them "uncomfortable" does not rise to the level of violating their rights - so that they can violate ours.  I hope that the citizens, pastors, and business owners of Cleveland show up in droves at the Committee meeting on Wednesday, to protect their rights and make it clear in no uncertain term that anyone who votes to take your rights away to give to someone else will not be in office for long."

The President is really living it up. At a time when his policies are ruining the economy and his policies are creating massive deficits, he has his dog flown to the family vacation. How elite is that? He acts like dictator-lite or a prince. To me this is just a revelation of his true character. Say one thing and do another. A pathetic apathy plagues America, but who cares?

I noticed a slogan used by Cindy Shehan, the war protester, was "The opposite of good is not evil, the opposite of good is apathy." I disagree. A better slogan would be, "The opposite of good is evil, and apathy is as good as evil."

2009: I'm glad its over!

A British rock group, the Dave Clark Five. had a hit song, "Glad all over," many years ago. The chorus was:

"I'm feelin' glad all over
Yes I'm-a glad all over

That could have been the sentiment of many Soetoro/Obama supporters early last year. They felt gay, they felt glad, they believed the liar's lie . . . That was the state of the nation on January 20, 2009.

Say Bye, Bye to Chai Feldblum, EEOC Nominee

Here is a copy of the email that I sent today to my two U.S. Senators. The President has again nominated another radical extremist. This time he nominated radical Chai Feldblum to membership to Equal Employment Occupation Commission (EEOC).

Enough is enough. We must put an end to placing such radicals in position of power and authority in our federal government. If the president lacks the proper judgement in making good selections, maybe the Senate needs to help weed out the extremists. Let's start with saying bye, bye to Chai . . .

I am writing to ask that you to oppose the confirmation of lawyer Chai Feldblum to become a member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Feldblum believes that the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) agenda should nearly always trump religious freedom concerns.

Feldblum believes that polyamory should be accepted as equal to marriage in our society! She thinks that several men or women engaging in sex is as legitimate as the traditional marriage of one man and one woman!

Feldblum thinks that the Boy Scouts should have no right to set its own moral standards for its leadership!

She also believes that it is her right to use her influence and power to "revolutionize social norms" in our society! If she is an EEOC member, she'll use that position to impose her view of morality on all of us. In addition, the EEOC will be used as a steppingstone to the U.S. Supreme Court. She must not be confirmed to the EEOC! Oppose the nomination of Chai Feldblum to the EEOC!

Yes, indeed, the last six months this nation has raced towards its DESTRUCTION. We are on a spending spree, with the apparent goal of bankrupting this nation. Instead of fixing our economic problems, Congress and the President have chosen a course that exacerbates the problems. Also, what they are doing (Stimulus, Bailouts, nationalization of industry, etc.) would turn this nation from a constitutional republic with limited government, capitalism, and free enterprise as the chief drivers of the economy, into a socialist state modeled after the Soviet Union with big government bureaucracy and collectivism as the main drivers of the economy.

President nominates another very RADICAL radical– Harold Koh to State Department

The following information about Mr. Koh was obtained from listening to an American Family Radio (alternative media) program this afternoon.

The alleged President Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama nominated Harold Koh this morning to the top legal spot at the United States State Department.

This man is a controversial nominee. Why? Because

(1) He is a judicial trans-nationalist, who wants all distinctions between US and International law eliminated.
(2) He wants our Supreme Court to use European jurisprudence to interpret OUR Constitution.
(3) He views the US, which he once branded along with Iraq and North Korea as part of an axis of disobedience because of their flaunting of International Law.
(4) He is a staunch same-sex marriage proponent, which is in distinct opposition to the will of the majority of Americans as well as the US Constitution and God’s moral law.
He advocates the legalization of same-sex marriage. He wants to see the repeal of the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.” This would weaken our military.
(5) He favors Yale Law School’s ban on military recruiters (ROTC) because of the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Policy.
(6) As Dean of Yale Law School, he was asked what was his most closely held legal position – first said homosexual ‘rights,’ then he said transgendered and lesbian ‘rights.’
(7) He favors the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Woman (CEDAW), which is a UN disaster. It calls for the decriminalization of prostitution. It opposes such anti-feminist symbols as Mother’s Day.

This man is a radical leftist just like the man who nominated him.

Eight foolish RINOs [including Judd, Voinovich, Lugar, Snowe, Martinez of FL, Hatch) voted this morning to invoke cloture to stop debate on this nomination. The vote was 65-31. Why? Were they afraid the radical positions of this man would come to light and embarrass the President? So, what? The President should be embarrassed. He is just giving more fodder for the upcoming Tea Parties . . .

Death is Inevitable in Any War

John McCain, George Bush, Dick Chaney, and Condoleezza Rice are responsible for the murder of over 94,330 innocent people while they looked for nonexistent weapons of mass destruction. Of that total 4,164 were Americans. They are also responsible for the wounding of over 30,734.

I, too, am opposed to abortion. The Vietnam War and the War on Terror Terror generated deaths are few compared to the ongong American atrocity of killing innocent babies. This is where all of America's moral outrage should be channeled.

What do you feel about capital punishment? I suspect that you would be opposed to it. I am not. A convicted murderer had his chance at life, he spit in the face of God and society by taking the life of another, so he should have his life taken.

War is different. I do not agree with the way President Bush has prosecuted the War on Terror in Iraq, but he made that decision and he felt it was the right thing to do. There were weapons of mass destruction. They went to Syria, transported there while this country and the worthless United Nations were dilly dallying around with sanctions and negotiations.

In every war their are casualties. It is inevitable. I served in the Vietnam war. I volunteered. That war was right in that we were trying to stop the communist takeover of Vietnam. The left in this country was successful in helping the Viet Cong win that war. The left in Congress and outside has done everything it could to undermine the American effort in Iraq. If you want to blame anyone for murder, it is the left, Senator Harry "surrender" Reid who caused the needless deaths of many by undermining of the war effort once undertaken. The congress had approved the war and its funding.

If you are surprised when you look at these figures, so was I.

These figures mean that the loss from the two latest conflicts in the Middle East are LESS than the loss of military personnel during Bill Clinton's presidency; when America wasn't even involved in a war!

And, I was even more shocked when I read that in 1980, during the reign of President (Nobel Peace Prize winner) Jimmy Carter, there were 2,392 US military fatalities! I think that these figures indicate that many members of our Media and our Politicians will pick and choose the information on which they report. Of course we all know that they present only those 'facts which support their agenda-driven reporting. But why do so many of them march in lock-step to twist the truth? Where do so many of them get their marching-orders for their agenda?

Do you want further proof? Consider the latest census, of Americans. It shows the following FACTS about the distribution of American citizens, by Race:

I was surprised again... until it became clear to me that the point here is that our mainstream media continues to spin these figures (for political gain). Nothing more!!!

It's all about politics and some politicians are now famous for turning American against American for a vote. Consider Hillary Clinton's stump speech after her Super Tuesday 'victory' stating that the current administration does not listen' to anyone and continues the war costing precious American lives. Yes I might even agree with her, but she should be made to acknowledge her own husband's administration, without having an actual war, sent more soldiers to death during his presidency, and is on record of forcing the military to release Osama when we actually had him detained at the time

I am not suggesting that any particular political party is necessarily right, there is a lot wrong. But, I hope that during the time between now and November, that intelligent Americans can decipher the facts from the spin and the spinners from the leaders; those who seek even more power from those that seek justice, the dividers from the uniters. Over the next months let's be good listeners and see and hear who really tries to divide our nation; and who wants to unite our nation. Who wants to control how our money is spent and who wants our money spent the way we would spend it. Who seeks power and who seeks justice? Who spins the facts and who is genuine. (Very few are on both sides.)

Yesterday morning (Friday) former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Newt Gingrich, gave a speech at the Values Voters Summit held this weekend in Washington, D.C. In part of his message he spoke of Governor Sarah Palin, who brings a different perspective to the current crop of candidates in the presidential race. It is not just because she is a woman, which is something significant in itself. More important she is a conservative Christian woman which offends the liberals as nothing else besides maybe a tax cut could or the reduction of some federal entitlement program.

The following is an excerpt I just transcribed from the Gingrich speech. It was phenomenal. It is only the last portion of a powerful speech laying bare the inner belly of the leftwing socialism of elitist Senators Barack Hussein Obama and his “ruining” mate Joe “the Plagiarizer” Biden, the media and their feminist friends for all to take a gander. It ain’t pretty.

PALIN MEANS LIFE

And who has spent 35 years riding Amtrak from Wilmington to Washington. That means that Joe Biden’s entire travel career is less than from Anchorage to Fairbanks. Governor Palin has had an entire state; he has had a railroad car. You decide who has had more experience.

In addition, let me put it a step further ,. . . you want to talk about experience Governor Palin as the Commander-in-Chief of the Alaska National Guard has spent 2 days in Kuwait and Iraq and Senator Obama has spent five. So his massive experience is three extra days.

I think that the gap between these two views – he’s got about 15% of the country and the other 85% is going to find it totally, utterly unacceptable."

Wow, although I am not 100% pro-Newt, the man is a great thinker and communicator. He outlined clearly the current political, culture, social and spiritual environment in which we now live. He clearly outlined the Sarah-factor in the 2008 Presidential race.

The ACLU: A Sign of the Times

If, as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, then this sign above is worth a million! The so-called “American” Civil “Liberties” Union (ACLU) is, in essence, a domestic terrorist organization in its practice and philosophy. It has helped deface American values and principles more than any Al Qaeda sponsored terrorism has or could do.

There are many parallels between Islam and radical liberalism as espoused and pimped by the likes of the ACLU. Make no mistake, both are enemies of America. Both use lies and intimidation to accomplish their goals. Indeed, the ACLU is “Jihad with a law degree.” What a perfectly apt description and what a wonderful summary statement capturing the core purpose and meaning of this vile, vicious and deceitful organization.

Al Qaeda is a foreign terrorist operation desiring to inflict damage on America and Americans whenever and wherever it can, while the ACLU has worked, since its inception by Roger Nash Baldwin, subversively within our borders to do the same. The Islamic terrorists use Islam, the Koran, and its religious system of mosques and madrassas (Islamic schools) to poison, propagandize and subvert the populace. The ACLU uses the courts and the legal system to threaten and to file numerous needless lawsuits against those who oppose or get in the way of its socialist-Marxist agenda.

Insulting My Intelligence

I went to see the movie EXPELLED on its opening day at one of the Carmike Cinemas. The facility was very clean and attractive. The employees were courteous. Ten dollars for a bag of popcorn and a drink seemed excessive. I called ahead and was informed that the show started at 9:10 pm. Upon buying tickets I was informed that the show started at 10:05. My friends and I left and came back later about 20 minutes before the film was to run. Advertisements were shown and the most annoying was a series of short “Go Green” infomercials. This was pure extreme environmentalist propaganda, which insulted my intelligence.

Apparently Carmike has a number of theaters across the country. This false environmenalism exposes thousands of people to lies. Warning: Don't come too early to any movie you want to see at a Carmike Cinema, otherwise you will be subject to intense subversive advertisement.

Carmike Cinemas is a premier motion picture exhibitor, operating 2,229 screens in 291 theatres in 36 states. Carmike targets small to mid-sized communities with populations ranging from 50,000 to 250,000 where the company is the sole exhibitor for those markets. Carmike is the "hometown hero" for moviegoers across America.

Carbon was portrayed as black and ugly; black balloons, black smoke, and elephants. While coal, coke, and graphite is black remember that a diamond is 100% carbon and not black. The reference is to carbon, when what they are attacking is carbon dioxide. In its solid state as dry ice it is white and gives off a white vapor. When dissipated into the air and at room temperature it is clear. Carbon dioxide is not what it was portrayed to be.

In one of the Go Green infomercials we are shown black balloons rising into the air. Computer graphics can make anything appear to rise but carbon dioxide in a balloon will not rise into the air. It is heavier than air. Black smoke from stacks comes from particulates rising. Carbon dioxide is a gas and not a particulate. The smoke stacks I have observed in the USA produce white water vapor. Elephants falling on cars are likened to carbon dioxide. An elephant is not a gas and carbon dioxide is not a white elephant; it does not smash cars. In this carbon dioxide is shown as both lighter than air and heavier than air. The MacArthur Foundation, which paid for these ads lacks good judgment.

An alternative source of energy was recommended and windmills were shown as a possible solution. Windmills can only produce a small fraction of the energy required for the American society to function. The electrical energy producing stations must rely on only a few sources; hydroelectric, gas, oil, coal, and nuclear energy and perhaps geothermal. Energy options are few.

Carbon dioxide does not retain heat in the atmosphere. In a greenhouse the glass pane allows heat to go through it. Water vapor condenses on the pane and reflects heat back into the greenhouse. You may notice the weather reporter on the news say that the overnight temperature will be warmer due to a cloud cover. There is a difference in temperature at night depending on having clear skies or cloud cover. Each night the earth radiates back into space the same amount of radiation it received from the sun the day before.

Talk is made of saving the planet. This is nonsense. The earth does not need to be saved. It will be destroyed when God is ready. It is people who need saving. You and everyone else will exist forever with God, happy, or in the Lake of Fire, tormented. If you like you can read about it for yourself in Revelation 20:15 and 21:1.

To escape the Lake of Fire you need to receive Jesus into your heart. If you like you can pray, “Lord Jesus Christ forgive me of my sin and come into my heart.”

Granting asylum to lawbreaking illegals is tantamount to treason in my eyes. It will not be the weather that will be only thing hot in the so-called sanctuary cities. It is anarchy. Sanctuary city policies encourage law-breaking. These cities harbor criminals. These policies represent a blatant disregard for the law by leftist liberals, who control many of our urban areas.

Federal funding for a significant portion of funds for homeland security and other police and security infrastructure should be denied to any community whose rebellious and treasonous leaders advocate and implement sanctuary city policies. Additional funds for law enforces etc. has been provided by Congress and the taxpayers. These treasonous spoiled brats insult America by misusing the funds and responsibilities entrusted to them in order to buy a vote and on the people’s dime.

Many people won’t only be “looking half dead” in our cities in the summer as the Lovin’ Spoonful sing about, they will be dead if this nonsense continues. Like amnesty for illegal aliens and free health care, tuition and welfare these ungrateful aliens and their radical leftist supporters shake their fist in the face of God-fearing, law-abiding, tax-paying Americans challenging us, “I dare you to do something about this.”

According to a recent OneNewsNow.com news story, “Recently the New Jersey State Attorney General's office ordered law enforcement officers to notify federal immigration authorities whenever they arrest suspects who are determined to be illegal aliens. The city of Newark, New Jersey, had been a sanctuary city until it was discovered that two of the suspects in the brutal slayings of three Newark college students are illegal aliens. Newark's neighbor to the west, New York City, has also been a sanctuary city, apparently going back to the days of Rudy Giuliani.

So, former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and current GOP presidential contender has been a supporter of the sanctuary city policy when he was the chief executive of New York City. This is an unacceptable position. Giuliani has at least three strikes against him – he’s pro-abortion, pro-same sex unions and now pro-sanctuary cities. And you want to be President, Mr. Giuliani?

Additionally Contact your federal congressional representatives and urge them to support The bill is called the Accountability in Enforcing Immigration Laws Act of 2007. According to another OneNewsNow.com article, the bill “is being pushed by members of the House Immigration Reform Caucus. The bill will clarify that state law enforcement has the existing authority to investigate, identify, apprehend, arrest, detain, and or transfer to federal authorities any illegal alien apprehended in the course of routine duties. It would also make illegal immigration a felony.” This is a good first step is reversing the foolish sanctuary city policy of certain “enlightened” and “progressive” socialist municipalities.
