American Sniper (2014), a Review

 

I’m very selective as to the movies I watch and especially those that I pay to see in a movie theater. I saw American Sniper last evening upon the ‘recommendation’ of movie critic and obese movie maker Michael Moore. If that radical leftist didn’t like the movie, then it surely must be a good one. It was.

The Saturday prime time movie crowd filled the theater to 90%-plus capacity, as it has all over the nation. The movie is quite riveting and realistic, maybe too much so  in parts. Violence and sailor language permeates the movie. However, that is an accurate reflection of military life. The movie is definitely meant for adults.

The movie gives the viewer a peek at the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. It follows the life of a famed Navy Seal sniper, Chris Kyle. The movie alternates between shots of him a home in the United States and him at work in Iraq. A couple particular moving events in the movie are when he is faced with having to shoot a young boy and his mother who are on a suicidal mission to destroy U.S. Marines with a grenade.   He reluctantly had to decide whether to shoot them or not. In another similar incident he held his fire until a young boy dropped a rocket propelled grenade laucher (RPG) that he picked up after Kyle killed the Islamist terrorist who was about to shoot at a Marine convoy.

Another series of scenes that stuck out to me was the battle within a battle between the ace Islamic terrorist sniper and the American sniper, Kyle. Over the course of much of the movie the battle plays out with the Islamist sniper getting the best of Kyle for the most part.

In his four tours of duty Kyle had some serious ups and downs at home relating with his wife and children. A lot of trouble came from his inability to leave Iraq mentally and emotionally. He was driven by some degree of revenge for what the Islamic terrorists did to some of his fellow combatants.

Kyle’s life was forever impacted at the end of the movie by a troubled veteran, who Kyle was trying to help.

Clint Eastwood directed and produced the movie. He is one of my favorite actors and he does a great job with this movie. The acting of Bradley Cooper as Kyle was also commendable. The movie is a five-star movie. I would recommend it for every adult citizen.

It is more educational than it is pure entertainment. It is educational as far as portraying with historical accuracy and graphic representation what America and the entire Western world facea in dealing with the corrupt nature of Islam and its most ardent and observant followers.  It delves into the life of a patriot American, who is willing to sacrifice his life and all that is important to him to preserve the freedom for which America is known and admired.

The Terror of Islam, Part 4

This is part 4 of a series.

I recently received an email which encapsulated the threat that emanates from Islam. Islam is not the innocuous ‘religion of peace’ that our politically correct and corrupt politicians make believe that it is. As stated in an earlier blog post, Islam is a political, militaristic, and religious system. Its creed and principles are generally antithetical to our American culture and values. They are also in stark contrast to our Judeo-Christian heritage.

Could the following two charts be a big component of fundamental transformation and change that  then candidate Barack Hussain Obama promised to the many low information voters who eventually elected and re-elected him President? Obama’s election was much to the dismay and chagrin of conservative Americans and others aware of negative consequences further implementation of the progressive leftist agenda.

Islamic Infiltration and Influence

Just as bad as or worse than a spreading disease epidemic like Ebola, Islam and its radicalized elements and adherents are gaining a foothold in the United States.

 

Masquerading Mosques

Islam’s so called houses of worship, as in the Middle East, are often the breeding ground of terrorists and are centers of terrorist  and subversive activities. They are mushrooming in numbers and influence. They are financed by Middle East oil interests. They are now present in nearly every state. Our porous, poorly secured borders, which appears to be the  purposeful policy of our President are open doors to Islamists from foreign nations seeking to cause America harm. Many Muslim students overstay their visas and are likely to joining the growing number of Islamic extremists in Mosques and .

 

Wake-Up Warning

I know that what I have shared these last few days is not politically correct. I know that it not in sync with the policy and purposes of the current Administration in Washington, D.C. But I know that what has been relayed is true. You can call me am Islamophobe, or a racist, if you choose, but you have been warned. Islam is an enemy. The enemy is now within our borders. Like the Ebola virus it must be stopped. People must be aware of Islam and its radical adherents and  followers' potential deadly, and their real dastardly deeds and plans.

I needed to respond to another fact-less and atrocious article of that leftist propaganda media, AlterNet. The article by Max Blumenthal titled, "How Israel Used Its Own Civilians as Human Shields While Assaulting Gaza, Israel's military is enmeshed in civilian society," begs for a comment. So here I go:

Max, my friend, get your facts straight.

I will attempt to interpret some of your words:

* Max says, “Ongoing assault on the Gaza Strip,” but the truth is, Israel is just defending herself.

* Max accuses Israel of having, “a heavily regimented army of 10,000 public relations flacks,” but the truth is it is that Islamic and Leftist media, including AlterNet writers like Max, try to portray Israel as the aggressor, the bad guy, the little Satan. But the real flacks are the Obama Administration including John Kerry, ABC, NBC, NPR, and CBS who defend the terrorist Hamas led Palestinians!

* Max contends, “Gaza fighters were exclusively targeting active duty Israeli military personnel and avoiding attacks on civilians.” But the truth is, Israel is better able to protect itself and its citizens from the Islamic terrorist inspired and lead assault on Israel. If Hamas could kill all Jews they would.

It all boils down to this one simple fact:

Breaking News from Absurdistan: No Purple Heart for Ft. Hood Victims, Concerned Muslim Won’t Get Fair Trial

The foolish political correctness of the current occupier of the White House and his loony administration has worked its inevitable course. According to the video below (hat tip goes to the CableNewsGuy YouTube video) the Army will not award any Purple Heart Medals to the dead or the injured in the Fort Hood Massacre. 

Even though this was a terrorist attack in every respect by the now bearded Jihadist Muslim Major Hasan, the Army will not recognize the tragedy as such. It remains only an incident of ‘workplace violence’.  Thank you, unjust justice chief AG Eric Holder and thank you, Islamist-appeaser Barack Obama. When will we start again calling an act of Islamic terror and act of Islamic terror?

Barack Obama offers an offensive (to me) apology to radical Islamists in Afghanistan for the inadvertent disposal of a few marred and marked up Qur’ans by a few incorrigible prisoners in that God-forsaken country. Rush Limbaugh apologizes for a calling a Georgetown leftist activist a “slut.” Apparently, both of the apologies were rebuffed. So in the case of Rush Limbaugh’s apology, Judson Phillips in the video commentary below asks, "Why apologize in the first place?"

According to Snopes.com stamps honoring Muslim holidays have been issued at various times since just before 9/11/2001.

REMEMBER to adamantly & vocally BOYCOTT this stamp, when you are purchasing your stamps at the post office.

All you have to say is " No thank you, I do not want that Muslim Stamp on my letters! "

This gives me an opportunity to point out something. We know that all Muslims are not terrorists, however, most terrorists are Muslims these days! But, why is our government seemingly turning a blind eye to this fact? If anything it is a "religion of pieces - of beheaded, amputated and butchered infidels (Jews, Christians and other non-Muslim believers)!

Tea Party Participant - Person of the Year/Decade

I previously shared an article, “2009 Person of the Year (WorldNetDaily's).” This post is a further elaboration of that article.

The past ten years started with planned acts of terrorism by Islamic radicals and ended with spontaneous acts of patriotic protests by average God-fearing, freedom-loving Americans. The TEA PARTY PARTICIPANT woke up and began to see that the current president was carrying out an anti-American agenda, which his immediate predecessor, the Compassionate Faux Conservative President began with such things as his push for Medicare Part D Prescription Drug ‘benefit’, Amnesty for Illegal Aliens, the North American Union Highway and the ill conceived Bailouts . . . President Hope & Change intensified the move toward socialism with multiplied spending schemes and expanded socialist policies and legislation. It all started to come to a head this year . . .

So it was very fitting when the 2009 Person of the Year was named by WorldNetDaily.com to be the TEA PARTY PARTICIPANT. Actually, I would go further and conclude that the same person should be named the Person of the first 10 years of this millennium.

You could say that these two persons – the Islamic Terrorist and the Tea Party Participant – are bookends to a decade of lost opportunities.

2000 - 2009, I say was 10 years of 'lost opportunities' because we, conservatives, thought we were electing a conservative president in George W. Bush. He proved to be a half-hearted conservative at best. He did not advance either fiscal or social conservative issues with any passion or necessary leadership.

The Islamic Terrorist symbolizes the dangers we face as we move into the new decade. You can see this demonstrated by the recent Fort Hood Massacre and the nearly catastrophic terrorist act over Detroit. Under an appeasing, light-weight, socialist President, who has acts more and more like the reincarnation of Jimmy Carter, and who will prove to be very susceptible to further tolerate the acts of terrorism perpetrated by the Islamists. His radical socialist philosophy and his adherence to political correctness have blinded his eyes to the innate dangers of Islam.

The Tea Party Participant, on the other hand, represents the real hope for America going into the new year and decade. An awakened electorate, who will do something daring in May and in November in response to the outrageous acts of domestic terrorism and foreign terrorism being visited upon America. Hopefully we will purge Congress of the in-House & in-Senate socialists. Many in Congress and in government today are bent on moving the country toward tyrannical and global governance. If the country can survive the legislative atomic bombs being dropped on an almost daily basis, come November we may be able to neutralize a grossly arrogant and errant President. That is the HOPE and the CHANGE that is really needed . . .

14th Victim of the Muslim Mass Murderer Major Hasan

GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER

One week after the Islamic inspired massacre at Fort Hood in Texas by Major Nabil Malik Hasan, little or nothing has been mentioned about the 14th victim of the Islamic terror incident at Fort Hood. That victim was an unborn baby. Michelle Malkin reported on her blog, “But seldom mentioned is the most hidden victim — soldier Francheska Velez’s unborn baby. Velez was on maternity leave when she stopped at Ft. Hood, where she and the child she carried in her womb fell victim to Hasan’s bullet.” With the current abortion-minded, abortion-condoning, abortion-supporting administration, is there any chance this terrorist will be accused of this fourteenth murder? I would venture that he would not. Most of the mass media, in bed with the president and sold out to the pro-death agenda, will not even acknowledge that there was a 14th victim . . .

FORT HOOD MEETS POLITICAL CORRECTNESS

Bryan Fisher, who has a radio talk show on the American Family Association radio network, called Focal Point, had some poignant comments concerning the military base massacre by the Muslim Major. The following is an excerpt from his radio program, which first aired on Friday, November 6th.

“The politically correct attitude toward Islam is turning a blind eye to the radical nature of Islam itself. It is NOT a religion of peace. It IS a religion of WAR and VIOLENCE. But by turning a blind eye to that, we have placed the innocent at risk . . .

“Proverbs 18:5 say, “It is not good to be partial to the wicked, nor to deprive the innocent of justice.” When we act out of political correctness and allow Islam a place in our culture and in our military that it does not deserve, out of a misguided sense of MULTICULTURALISM, we are being partial to the wicked. The Judeo-Christian tradition says that is not good. At the same time deprive the innocent of justice, these 13 soldiers [ and one innocent baby ] that were shot down in cold blood yesterday. They were deprived innocence, of justice because we have been partial to the wicked.
