What Democrats Want, Day 71, Countdown to Oblivion? HIGHER EDUCATION

As of today, there are 71 days until the most consequential election in American history. This is what they say about many past elections, but this is really it. For if the Democrats seize power – control of the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate and the Presidency – and doing it by hook or by crook (the justifies the means, you know) America as we know it will be forever changed. America envisioned and created by the Founding Fathers will disappear into the shadows of history.

The ungodly secular-humanists/Marxists slow march through America’s institutions over the last 100 years or so will have reached a crescendo – fulfilling Mr. Obama’s fundamental transformation of America. Never again will the demonic Democratic Party relinquish its grip on political power and control of the masses.

Envision with me what a Socialist Democratic Party, takeover, a bloodless coup, a regime change, would look like. This is one in a series of daily articles leading up to the 2020 General Election scheduled for November 3, 2020.

Getting High, Higher and Higher Education

Having laid down a foundation of ant-Americanism, secular-humanism and immorality in K-12 public education, the freshman in college is ripe for further exposure to and indoctrination in anti-God, Marxist and secular humanist doctrine and philosophy.

Today we can see what this training can lead to. The consequences are evident for all to see on the streets of Minneapolis, Portland, New York, Seattle, Chicago, Columbus, and other cities. Many colleges are nothing more than indoctrination centers just like our public schools, only a more intense version. Many of the protestors-turned-rioters are college aged young people who are thinking they are doing good by destroying our cities.

College Professors Influence on Campus

Bradford Richardson wrote in his 2018 article, “Democratic professors outnumber Republicans 10 to 1, study shows,” that there “are more than 10 professors affiliated with the Democratic Party for every faculty member who is a registered Republican, according to a new study.” So, do you think that fact would influence the bias of some faculty and therefore influence students? 

What position on the issue of Global Warming, Sexuality, Political Correctness, Revisionist American History, Marxism, Immigration, Abortion etc. do you think these professors who steer their students thinking? I would bet they would clearly be driving home the Democrat talking points and agenda.

Planned Parenthood’s Influence on Campus

Planned Parenthood maintains a presence on some campuses. They claim to offer health services, but they offer abortion to pregnant young women. They probably also serve persons with LHBT behavior affirming, supporting such deviancy. Abby Johnson, about whom the Unplanned movie was about, was lured into the abortion industry with the promises made by an on-campus Planned Parenthood presence.

CONfucius Institutes on Campus

Communist “China launched the Confucius Institute program in 2004 with the stated goal of promoting Chinese culture and language but it has been criticized for being a Trojan horse for Chinese state propaganda.” This quote is from “Beijing On American Campuses: Here’s Every College With A Confucius Institute.” The article goes on to list every U.S. college or university that has a Confucius Institute on its campus.

The Conservative Voice on Campus

With such overwhelming Leftist influences on the typical college campus is there any doubt why conservatives are unwelcome, shouted down, banned, or relegated to second class or persona non grata status?

Yesterday, we talked about the God-given right of Free Speech being removed in the culture and on college campuses if the new Communist Democratic Party regime took control of both Houses of Congress and the Presidency in November. Today we will discuss other areas beside university campuses touched by the loss of Free Speech in the alternative media and in churches.

Free Speech and the Alternative Media

The remaining alternatives to the #FakeNews are Conservative and Christian Talk Radio.  Color alternative media gone if the new Communist Democratic Party wins control of both Houses of Congress and the Presidency this fall. They will use charges of “hate speech” and allegations of “fake news” or “propaganda” or “anti-government or subversive” to label and curtail or censor or to outright ban any alternative media.  Pressuring sponsors or boycotting advertisers of those programs could also be a way to silence alternative media. Leftists have already used this tactic to try to silence some speaking truth, which is so offensive to the Left.  It would not be too far-fetched to see the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Todd Starns, Michael Savage and others M.I.A. soon after the fundamental transformation is assured.

Furthermore, Christian Talk Radio networks like Moody Radio or American Family Radio or Salem Radio Network would also be removed from the airways. Christian radio may be subjugated to the playing of Hillsong music 24/7.

Free Speech and the Churches

Pastors, priests and teachers would no longer be able to preach the truth regarding the favorite sins of the Left.  No longer could churches deny employment to those who do not share the same beliefs or who may be living biblically offensive lifestyles. No longer could churches “discriminate” even against those who are minor-attracted (pedophiles) individuals who want access to children in church-based schools, day-care programs, etc.  Loss of 501(c)3 status would be threatened for those churches that would dare to preach truth about such sound biblical doctrine as rebuking sinful LHBT behaviors. Yes, it would be considered “hate speech” for churches or for street evangelists or anyone to declare the truth about LHBT behaviors.

Tomorrow we will discuss Free Speech in the workplace and in public schools under a Communist Democratic Party if it manages to gain absolute power this fall by winning both Congressional majority (in the House and Senate) and the Presidential elections.

Chick-fil-A Has Lost Its Way

(Mansfield, Ohio) It was not too long-ago that Christians and conservatives were eager t ee a Chick-fil-A (CFA) franchise come to town. CFA has been bringing their red mobile food truck to Mansfield weekly for several months. They are in Mansfield from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Fridays. Christians and conservatives thought the third leading fast food restaurant chain in the nation was committed to traditional and biblical values and principles. They believed that the stand Dan Cathy made in 2012 in the face of opposition from the LGBT mafia regarding same sex “marriage” was solid.  

With recent revelations, however, Chick-fil-A, at least on the corporate leadership level, was not who they once were or who they appeared to be all these years. Several weeks ago, Chick-fil-A announced that they would discontinue supporting such stalwart charities as the Salvation Army, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Paul Anderson Youth Home. Apparently, they reached the end of their pledge commitment to those organizations and would not renew their commitment. 

CFA publicly declared a new direction regarding its giving. It turns out that they now and have been supporting pro-abortion organizations such as the YWCA and the Pace Center for Girls, the pro-LGBT Covenant House International and even the controversial and disgraced Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). They did this to placate the powers that control such leftist strongholds as the nation of Canada and some major leftist-controlled cities and airports such as San Antonio, Texas where they were prohibited from entering because of the past declarations of support for traditional marriage. Their position must have changed with the combination of their desire to further expand their market presence, placating the LGBT advocates and allies, and the horrendous Obergefell v Hodges Supreme Court decision approving and “legalizing” same sex “marriage.”  

I think many people still do not know that Chick-fil-A has changed its corporate giving philosophy and its stand for righteousness when it comes to its charitable giving. For a supposedly Christian organization to deliberately turn its back on charities who have taken a principled position on critical social issues and support organizations that adhere to anti-biblical, immoral positions, is condemnable. They have the right to manage their organization anyway that they choose. However, the public should also have the right to know where the business stands and make an informed decisions as to whether to continue to support that organization with its dollars knowing that some of its profits will go to anti-Christian and God-dishonoring purposes.

Therefore, I decided this Friday that I would begin to protest Chick-fil-A’s presence in Mansfield on Fridays. I would encourage other likeminded citizens to do the same. I plan to be there at the large parking lot entrance (near the northeast corner of Millsboro and Lexington-Springmill) next Friday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm and maybe until CFA gets the message. Join me if you think the same way and have the same concerns.

It's Imperative: Keep the Ohio Supreme Court Conservative in 2020

(Mansfield, Ohio) The Richland County Republican Party held its regular 1^st Monday Luncheon today with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Judith French as its featured speaker.

Justice French, is one of the conservative members of the current Ohio Supreme Court. In 2020 she and Justice Sharon Kennedy, the other conservative justice on the Ohio Supreme Court will both be running for re-election.

In response to a question from the audience Justice French briefly discussed the case in which she won as an attorney working for the State of Ohio before the U.S. Supreme Court.  The case involved the Cleveland School Voucher Program, which allowed kids attending failed Cleveland Schools to attend private schools including parochial schools. Apparently the program was allowed to continue.  

"Judge Judi" mentioned the need for both fundraising and with friend-raising.  Using social media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. – to get the word out about electing conservative justices for the Ohio Supreme Court would be of great help in reelecting both Justices’ Judi French and Sharon Kennedy.

She also urged members of the audience not to sit out the next election and to do all they can to help to retain herself and fellow—conservative Justice Sharon Kennedy in the November 2020 General Election.

She offered a suggestion– the acrostic – KFC – for remembering for whom to vote for in the November 2020 for the Ohio Supreme Court:

Tragically, in 2016 two liberal justices replaced two conservative judges on the Ohio Supreme Court. It was mostly out of ignorance and maybe out of insufficient financial support for the candidate by the GOP. Ohio Supreme Court elections outcomes are often due primarily to name recognition and not so much to judicial philosophy. The party affiliations are not noted on the ballot.  

In Morrow County, a conservative-voting county, the two liberal Democrats won more votes than did the conservative justices on the ballot. This is a big deal. If two more liberal or leftist justices are elected in 2020 the to the Ohio Supreme Court it could be lost to the leftists and it would have tremendous repercussions for religious liberty, the right to life issue, and more.

He claimed that he needed my help and that I need to fill his outstretched pauper's cup. Well here is the original solicitation so you can see it for yourself, and my emailed response to Mr. Carr follows.

I know you want to stop them and elect a Republican president in 2016. And yes, it will be a Republican.

Isn't it ironic that RNC is asking me to stand up to President Obama, when the GOP members of both houses of Congress will not? It is also outrageous that use the mantle of "conservative" only during campaigns. After winning the past two elections these bold "conservatives" morph into mild Mindy's who go-along-to-get-along. Enough I say enough! Here is my irate response to Mr. Carr:

Sorry, but I only support conservative candidates, Mr. Carr. I send money directly to their websites or to the Senate Conservative Fund. I do not want my funds allocated to the John Kasichs John McCains or Rob Portmans of the so-called Republican Party. I am very very disappointed that the congressional GOP leadership and many members have not stood up the Democrat's and the President's hurtful Progressive agenda. Instead, they fully funded it with the omnibus bill with little or no real opposition!

It is just outrageous that Planned Parenthood, the Syrian Refugee Resettlement Program, the President's Executive Amnesty and ObamaCare are all funded to the amazement and satisfaction of Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Debbie Schultz and Barack Obama!

It may be time for a third party to emerge because both the Democrats and the Republicans seem to be working hand in hand. Not a penny more!

An AlterNet article caught my eye today, its title was intriguing, “Is Ted Cruz Winning The Christian Nation Primary? A Champion for Life

Yesterday Senator Cruz spoke on a conference call to thousands of pastors and others regarding strategies to defund Planned ParentHOOD. This reason for the call was  based on the recently released videos showing possible illegal and even criminal activity on the part of this vile organization, Planned ParentHOOD. He discussed the need to call Senators and Representatives after they return in September to urge them to vote to stop all subsidies to this evil entity.

Rep. Mike Kelly Rips IRS and its Former Commissioner at Ways and Means' IRS Scandal Hearing

Upon completing an amazing grilling of the former Acting IRS Commissioner at today's House Ways and Means Committee hearing on the IRS scandal involving the inappropriate harassment of Tea Party and other conservative organizations,  committee member Representative Kelly receives a standing ovation.

Left-Wing or Right-Wing, Which is the Real Dangerous Cult?

I read this Alternet.org article, “The Right Wing Cult Machine Exposed, People are waking up and recognizing the far right-wing media for what it is, and the dangers it poses to this country.” It was deeply flawed and I commented extensively on the article.

 



First, I addressed the overall premise of the article. That premise is that there exists a right-wing cult led by conservative radio host and main antagonist of liberals in America, Rush Limbaugh. 

Substitute "Left-Wing Cult" and "Barack Obama" for “Right-Wing Cult” and “Rush Limbaugh” throughout this article and you will see exactly how Progressivism/Liberalism is poisoning America today. 

Low Information Voters put their cult figure, their messiah, into office not once, but twice. 

How else could this man, a radical Marxist like Obama, be President? He could not be President without the complicity and creation of the cultist subservient Main Stream Media (ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, PBS, NPR, NY Times, etc.), the Leftists that dominate Hollywood and Academia? Tragically, the Press refused to be objective or to vet him or criticize him during the process of his two elections.

Secondly, I commented on the author’s pronouncements of the righteousness of the current main stream and progressive media. This is what really concerned me the most.

In the author’s commentary about the Main Stream Media (the dominate Leftist/Progressive Media which includes most of broadcast and cable television: ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, CNN, PBS, NPR, etc) at the conclusion of his article.  He makes these atrocious and revealing remarks:

·         The real media (ie., the Liberal/Progressive) media is not cult-like. NO, INDEED, WORSHIPING AND GIVING UNFLAGGING SUPPORT OF THEIR MESSIAH, BARACK OBAMA, IS NOT CULTIST WORSHIP IS IT?

·         The real media (Liberal/Progressive) media talks about ideas that are widely accepted (social safety net, clean environment, nondiscrimination, a solid middle class), and that are not in conflict with the rest of society.

SAFETY NET = EXPANDING AND PRESERVING WELFARE, INCREASED FOOD STAMPS, INCREASED UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS WITH NO WAY TO PAY FOR IT WITH REVENUE COMING INTO THE GOVERNMENT;

CLEAN ENVIRONMENT = PERPETUATING THE MAN-CAUSED GLOBAL WARMING HOAX, IGNORING THE SCANDALOUS CRONY CAPITALISM (SOLYNDRA, FISKER MOTORS, ETC.). AND THE OUT-OF-CONTROL EPA WITH ITS BURDENSOME REGULATIONS THWARTING DEVELOPMENT;

NONDISCRIMINATION = SEEKING TO LEGITIMATIZE, NORMALIZE HOMOSEXUAL BEHAVIOR IN ALL ASPECTS OF SOCIETY EVEN IF IT MEANS CREATING A SPECIAL PRIVILEGED CLASS;

A SOLID MIDDLE CLASS = DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE WEALTHY CAUSING THEM TO PAY FOR THE WELFARE STATE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE MIDDLE CLASS… THERE A GREAT NUMBER OF PEOPLE OPPOSED TO EXPANDING WELFARE, EXPANDING ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, SAME-SEX ‘MARRIAGE’ AND REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH THROUGH ‘FAIR SHARE’ TAXATION.

The author refuses to acknowledge that there exists an obvious bias in the Main Stream Media toward increasingly and incessantly propagandizing the full agenda of the radical left.

Portman: A Painful Admission or a Pitiful Betrayal of Principle?

One of my two Senators, neither of which is worth a plug nickel, Rob Portman is a McCain-Romney-Lugar Republican. You spell that R-I-N-O!  George Voinovich, Portman’s Predecessor was a RINO, too. One characteristics of RINOs is that they change their minds and ‘convictions’ almost as much as babies’ diapers need changed. Their promises and their convictions are also full of it…

Well, Senator Portman did it this time. He finds out that his son is a homosexual. So that revelation ‘forces’ him to change his mind in Romneylike fashion. Flip flop, flip flop like a fish out of water… In a tweet earlier this evening I used the words “unprincipled” and “selfish” in describing Portman’s position reversal on the same-sex “marriage” issue. Where is his courage? Where is his conviction? Maybe he never had any true convictions. He may be wishy-washy, just like the “conservative” George W. Bush spending like a liberal much of his time in office.

The following is a press release that I thought captured the essence of what the wayward senator did by betraying traditional, sacred, and biblical marriage because of his “love” for his son.  What his son really needed was tough love, to remind him that homosexuality is an immoral, unnatural, unhealthy chosen course of behavior and life style.  Unfortunately Portman is too typical of the permissive parent who chooses to ignore truth and principle.

Earlier this week one of my children came to me and told me something which was shocking.

He is a drunk driver and has been driving drunk regularly since college.

I have taken several days to reflect on this and I have decided to reverse my earlier opposition to drunk driving.

My child is a drunk driver and I love him. It is a part of his identity, who he is.

I have reflected on all of this, consulted Scripture (the story of Jesus changing water into wine when the wedding he was attending in Cana ran dry is particularly relevant) and decided that drunk driving is a generational issue. Younger people take a much different view of drunk driving than older people.

Therefore, today I am reversing my opposition to drunk driving. My child has caused me to revisit a decision which, up until now, had been based simply on morality.

My child is a drunk driver. That has personalized the issue for me and taken me above the whole discussion of the morality of it. It is now personal with me.

In addition, I would like to say that drunk driving will make all of us stronger drivers. Think of how much more interesting driving will be in the future if more people have the freedom to drive drunk. It will sharpen the defensive driving skills of the rest of us.

"This unreleased press statement follows the same twisted, self-serving logic that several public officials have used in explaining their switch from opposing homosexual marriage to favoring it.

"If you remember nothing else from this exchange, remember this: our children are learners and unable to determine morality and then hand it down to their parents and other impressionable adults. This is one factor in why our culture is so morally upside down!

"This whole line of argument suggesting that opposition to homosexual “marriage” is a personal and “generational” matter is equally silly.

"There are absolutes. There is right and there is wrong. There are objective truths. A civilization which has no governing principles or laws is doomed to collapse. That is the soul of conservatism.

"The tough part of being a parent is telling one of those young souls whom we have been charged with raising that he or she is wrong. But because it is tough that doesn’t mean that we are excused from doing it or we can delegate our responsibility to a teacher or “the village” or some other entity.

"Parents hold the primary responsibility for the upbringing of their children. Parents are fully capable of still loving a child who is wrong.

"American parents hold the power to begin the process of reversing this dangerous downward trend. Our children look to us for direction and we owe them more than a collective shrug.

"I wish no harm to either Senator Portman or his son but they are wrong.

"And Senator Portman’s attempt to use his position in the Senate to affect the future path of our culture and the lives of other Americans compounds the wrong.

"Being a good parent is infinitely more difficult than being a Senator or President. And telling someone you love that he or she is wrong is the most difficult part of that difficult job.

"A nation which recognizes this is on the road to a vast spiritual recovery."

I stumbled across this video, which does live up to its title, "Best Speech of 2012." Bill Whittle is a conservative commentator, a strong voice of the patriotic alternative media (as contrasted to the liberal-dominated and very biased main stream media).

#IStandWithWalker is a key Twitter hashtag these days. It says it all. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker valiantly withstood a vicious attack from Leftist elements in Wisconsin and from across America. Union thugs, voter fraud, and the occupy movement sought to cut him down. However, he lives to govern at least another year and a half.

The battle in Wisconsin is emblematic of fights that must be fought in other state races. The fight is between a conservative philosophy and a socialist philosophy. This battle is peeking as the nation totters on the brink of financial collapse thanks to the incompetence of the leaders of both major parties. We the People spoke in Wisconsin. They must speak louder and louder across the rest of the country this fall.

We need a conservative congress to offset whichever liberal President is elected this fall. Both men are bad choices. There is no lesser of two evils. One man is openly liberal, while the other is a deceitful closet liberal hiding his liberality in order to get the nomination of his party. Unfortunately, I personally will be voting against President Obama and not necessarily for anyone.

 Where the hope is is in the Congress. To elect enough conservative in order to oust the current GOP leaders, Speaker John Boehner and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell should be the goal. This is where conservatives and Christians should devote all of their resources - the election of true conservative to Congress.
