What Democrats Want, Day 54, Countdown to Oblivion? GUNS

As of today, there are 54 days until the most consequential election in American history. This is what they say about many past elections, but this is really it. For if the Democrats seize power – control of the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate and the Presidency – and doing it by hook or by crook (the justifies the means, you know) America as we know it will be forever changed. America envisioned and created by the Founding Fathers will disappear into the shadows of history. 

The ungodly secular-humanists/Marxists slow march through America’s institutions over the last 100 years or so will have reached a crescendo – fulfilling Mr. Obama’s fundamental transformation of America. Never again will the demonic Democratic Party relinquish its grip on political power and control of the masses.

Envision with me what a Socialist Democratic Party, takeover, a bloodless coup, a regime change, would look like. This is one in a series of daily articles leading up to the 2020 General Election

Which party is pro-Second Amendment, and which is pro-Gun Control?  That’s easy. The communistic Democratic Party is for gun confiscation. The liberty-oriented Republican Party is for citizens maintaining the inalienable right to bear arms.

Democratic Party Targets Guns

“The 2020 Democrat Party platform is rife with gun controls that include an all-out ban on online ammunition sales and a push to require every state in the Union to license gun owners.” That statement is from an August 2020 Breitbart article.  Some other gun control policy items which the article mentions which the Democratic platform includes are:

Ø  securing universal background checks (13 states already have these checks)

Ø  banning online gun sales

Ø  open gun makers up to lawsuits by repealing the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (2005) that shields gun manufacturers from civil liability

The Democrat politician is always quick to blame the gun for the crime especially school shootings. They seem to lose sight of the fact that there is a human being using the gun. The criminal is the problem. It is not the gun, which is an inanimate object. It cannot shoot itself.

Just look where the most restrictive gun laws are currently in effect. Take Chicago for example. There are more murders there on any given weekend than almost any other place in America. What eventually happens is that guns get confiscated, restricted or licensed for law abiding citizens, but the illegal guns in the hands of gang members and criminal elements are not dealt with. So, you end up with only bad guys having the guns.

In states that allow concealed carry, no or less restrictive gun laws there is usually less crime. The criminal never know when he might be messing with someone who is carrying. That is a great deterrent.

Republicans Support the Second Amendment

Unlike their counterpart, the Republican Party wholeheartedly supports the right of citizens to bear arms.

We uphold the right of individuals to keep and bear arms, a natural inalienable right that predates the Constitution and is secured by the Second Amendment. Lawful gun ownership enables Americans to exercise their God-given right of self- defense for the safety of their homes, their loved ones, and their communities.

Ø  We support firearm reciprocity legislation to recognize the right of law-abiding Americans to carry firearms to protect themselves and their families in all 50 states.

Ø  We support constitutional carry statutes and salute the states that have passed them.

Ø  We oppose ill-conceived laws that would restrict magazine capacity or ban the sale of the most popular and common modern rifle.

Ø  We also oppose any effort to deprive individuals of their right to keep and bear arms without due process of law.

Ø  We condemn frivolous lawsuits against gun manufacturers and the current Administration’s illegal harassment of firearm dealers.

Ø  We oppose federal licensing or registration of law-abiding gun owners, registration of ammunition, and restoration of the ill-fated Clinton gun ban.

Conclusion

The Republicans are the Law and Order party and hold public safety as a priority. In radical opposition to the second amendment, the Democrats are the party of lawlessness and chaos. What a contrast between the two parties!

The voter has a clear choice come election time this fall.

Guns are not the problem; it is the person misusing the gun that is the problem. But you can’t convince the communistic Democratic Party of that fact.

Totalitarians Always Go After Guns

Hitler, Stalin, all dictators strip the people of their guns, so they cannot fight back. There were calls during the Obama Administration to confiscate guns due to “gun violence.” Should the communistic Democratic Party succeed in gaining control of the entire Congress and the Presidency, you can bet on it that gun owners will be a target.

Gun Rights or Gun Wrongs?

Chicago and Illinois have one of the most stringent gun laws. Ironically, it also has a high crime rate and death rate as a result of guns. What essentially happens is the guns of the law abiding are targeted, thereby leaving the illegal guns in the hands of gangs and other criminal elements.  Chicago Mayor Lightfoot recently blamed surrounding states for supplying Chicago with guns. No, Madame Mayor, you are wrong. The Founders added the second amendment so that citizens could protect themselves from criminals and from a future tyrannical government that may arise. They knew human nature.

Disarm Citizens and Defund Police?

On one hand Democrats favor gun control, the confiscation of guns. On the other hand, there are persuasive factions within the Democrat Party that want to curtail or restrict or even remove law enforcement. What a volatile combination, a left, right punch. You would essentially be empowering criminals.

By contrast, In states that have concealed carry laws there is less crime. It is a powerful deterrent to crime. If a criminal is not sure the person, who he is attempting to rob, must think twice as to whether that person is armed.  

In a recent article about the 2020 Democratic Party platform Johnathan Jones wrote: 

““Democrats will enact universal background checks, end online sales of guns and ammunition, close dangerous loopholes that currently allow stalkers and some individuals convicted of assault or battery to buy and possess firearms, and adequately fund the federal background check system,” the party says on the subject.

““Democrats will ban the manufacture and sale of assault weapons and high capacity magazines.

““We will incentivize states to enact licensing requirements for owning firearms and ‘red flag’ laws that allow courts to temporarily remove guns from the possession of those who are a danger to themselves or others.”

“The party also promises to enact legislation requiring firearms to be stored “safely,” and vows to make gun manufacturers civilly liable for crimes committed with firearms.”

There will be increasing restrictions on law abiding citizens through these measures mentioned above as well as others not mentioned. All of this will be done to confiscate guns from law abiding citizens. The result will be that the only people having guns would be the tyrannical government and criminals. The average citizen will be at the mercy of Big Brother government and that is how dictators want it. 

If the communistic Democratic Party were to win the 2020 election in both Houses of Congress and the Presidency, then eventually individual gun ownership would disappear. Gun rights would be lost.

What the Democratic (Socialist) Party of America Stands For

Occasionally I read an AlterNet article. That website is almost as far left on the political spectrum one could get and still be on this planet. 

I just got done reading, "Here are 11 absurd conspiracy theories conservatives must believe in the Trump era."  The 11 items mentioned in the article are not absurdities, for the most part they can easily be turned into the planks of the Democratic (Socialist) Party's platform.

If you add baby-murder (abortion) you would have a pretty comprehensive list of what the Democratic Socialists' core beliefs.

(1.)     Climate Change is Primarily Man-Caused.  [The Green New Deal is based on the speculation that the earth is warming and/or the climate is being altered primarily by man. That America must take the lead in this controlling fossil fuel use or the world will be irrevocably harmed within mere decades.]

(2.)     The Mainstream Media is Just Reporting the News Factually. [Actually, the Mainstream Media is the Democratic Socialists’ Public Relations arm. There is heavily biased reporting, under-reporting, nonreporting of any favorable stories of President Trump, Traditional Values, etc.]

(3.)     Election and Voter Fraud Do Not Exist. [The Democratic Socialists and its allies insist that voter identification laws, which is one way to prevent fraud, must be rejected.]

(4.)          Keep Borders Open.  [The Democratic Socialist Party of America and activist judges have done everything possible to thwart President Trump and his administration’s fund and implement security measures on our porous southern border. Drug, human and sex traffickers, terrorists, criminals are embedded among those individuals entering illegally.]  

(5.)     The Fundamental Transformation into Socialism (Communism) Must Continue. Barack Obama was neither a Muslim nor a Marxist.  [However, President Obama tried to fundamentally transform America into a socialist state and to stamp out all vestiges of Christianity and its influence on American society.]

(6.)     The "Deep State" Does Not Exist.  [The embedded Leftists, anti-Trumpers, and Obama appointed civil servants, including Muslim Brotherhood subversives have tried and continue to undermine the policies and programs of the President and preserve the radical policies of the former administration.]

(7.)     The LGBT Agenda Must Be an Integral Part of Public Education. [This deliberate corruptive comprehensive and pornographic sex education is a mainstay of the Leftist agenda for our public schools.]  

(8.)    The middle class and the lower class are suffering under President Trump’s administration. [The tax cuts championed and approved by President Trump helped both the middle class and the economy. Manufacturing jobs have increased. Minorities have seen an increase in jobs.]

(9.)     Guns Must be Confiscated. [Guns are not the cause of the problem, bad guys with guns are the problem.]  

(10.)  Green Energy.  [The Democratic Socialists of America want to control all energy use. Fossil fuel use needs to be eliminated immediately, even if it means job loss, destroying industries, and impoverishing average Americans.]

(11.)  America is a Racist Country.  [The claim of racism must be perpetuated, even where it does not exist. This is necessary in order to control minorities and retain their loyalty. The police bear the brunt of these false claims.]

(12.)  It’s Not a Baby.  [Abortion is the high sacrament of the Democratic Socialists. This baby-murder must be protected at all costs, even though many see it as a violation of the fundamental right to life and liberty.] 

Gun Rights vs. Gun Control

The well-rested (from his Hawaiian vacation) occupier of the White House is on the wrong side of an issue. Barack Obama announced with typical aplomb and arrogance that he will meet today with his equally lawless Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, to discuss better ways to essentially remove guns from law abiding citizens. 

True to form, President Obama, as part of his leftist Destroy-America-Now Agenda, has targeted Guns as the 'problem crisis of the day,' which most assuredly calls for his direct tyrannical intervention. It is not guns, Mr. President. Au contraire, it is people-with-guns --

[criminals,

gangs,

illegal aliens protected in Sanctuary Cities (i.e. Katie Steinle killer),

foreign students & others here with expired visas, and

the mental ill (those released from mental hospitals & those that should be in mental hospitals)]

--- who are the real problem!

How about sending out your Department of Justice (DOJ) to pursue and to prosecute criminals and not patriot Americans who just want to protect themselves. They want the same protection that you and your family have. Aren't you protected at all times by people carrying guns? 

Or is your DOJ is too busy covering up the dastardly deeds done by your Administration (Lois Lerner, Hillary Clinton)?

Controlling Tragedies Like Newton, CT

I saw the above quote on twitter this morning. It's an answer to the American Leftists, like the President, who will predictably pounce on this crisis  and catastrophe in Newton, CT to push more of their socialist and secular agenda, namely taking guns out of the hands of all Americans.

HOW DO WE PREVENT THESE TRAGEDIES?

If someone was armed at the Newton elementary school like the principal, then lives may have been saved.

Actually, it is not the gun, man, it's not the gun. It's the basic nature of man. In and of himself or herself man is a basically depraved being. Collectively it is our increasingly corrupt culture that nourishes such violence as we see in the elementary school in Newton.

The only meaningful start to an answer is a return to a fundamental respect for life, and letting God and the teaching of moral absolutes (like the 10 commandments) back in our public education system. Without it we are doomed to see Columbine, Aurora, and Newton repeated over and over again ...

God and the Bible were expunged from the schools in the sixties and replaced by the repugnant secular humanism religion. God and the Bible are not a religion. There is no such thing in our Constitution as separation of church (or God) and state. It is a contrived notion of leftist activist judges who finagled it through the courts.

We must begin to purge the secular humanist religion from our schools and weaken its influence and grip on our culture.
THE CAUSE OF THE NEWTON MASSACRE

They took God out of the schools.

They took the teaching of morality and moral absolutes out of the schools. The 10 commandments are universal principles to live by. Teaching moral absolutes and character and values based on judeo-christian bible is fundamental to what America is. Other ideoloigies or political-religious-militaristic ideologies like Islam with its attending Sharia Law is not. Nor is socialism or communism.

They took Guns out of the schools.

Evil, Moral Relativism, and the Adam Lanzas of the world enter!!!

What did you expect? Nirvana? A social utopia?

THE ONE AND ONLY SURE SOLUTION TO THESE TRAGEDIES

We must recognize that the basic nature of man is corrupt.

It is just some people manifest or choose to act and misbehave in ways that are more repulsive than the rest of us - rapists, murderers, thiefs, terrorists, politicians, or lawyers...

Only if we allow God through Jesus Christ to intervene in our lives personally and individually are we not destined to remain separated from Him now and forever ... Need Him.
