I saw this succinct analysis of the President's leadership skills. I found the quote in Greg Brown's article, "Distant and Disconnect," in the July 2011 issue of Newmax Magazine.
"Barack Obama is not a leader. He's a politician. He doesn't speak from his heart, he speaks from a TelePrompter. If the TelePrompter went down, he would be stymied."
