IPAB'S Broad Powers for Non-Elected Officials

INDEPENDENT PAYMENT ADVISORY BOARD (IPAB): “This is Not Just 'Advisory'” says U.S. Rep. Diane Black

The Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) is a "cost cutting" panel that was established as part of the new health care law (infamously known as ObamaCare). Although the IPAB will technically only produce recommendations, those recommendations take effect automatically unless Congress (by a 2/3 majority) votes to block them. This creates a dangerous precedent for overriding the normal legislative process.

IPAB is one of many bad provisions of ObamaCare. ObamaCare must be repealed, defunded before it takes away more liberties of Americans.
