Here is some information by a Facebook friend about the movie:

Friends,

As many of you know, I have spent more than two decades advocating for an end to the IRS, and the income tax systems at both the federal and state levels. Unfair: Exposing the IRS documents the unconscionable Obama Administration abuses of the powerful governmental instrument we call the Internal Revenue Service.

The first step in overcoming tyranny is knowledge.

Every American needs to see this movie!

Please do what you can to help get the word out. If every patriotic American who receives this message will pass it along to everyone on their email list and in their social networks, we can send a powerful message to the country.

Thank you, and may God bless the USA, and our posterity, with an IRS-free future.

For Liberty,

Tom Hoefling

Lawless Lois Lerner, an Internal Revenue Scoundrel (IRS)

WHAT IS THE LEARNED LOIS HIDING?

When I first saw the report this afternoon that Lois Lerner again refused to answer any questions of the House Oversight Committee, the first word that popped into my mind was “scoundrel.”  Lawless Lois Lerner perfectly represents the current Administration, as well as the current Internal Revenue Scoundrels (IRS) Organization. There is no longer any Service in that scandal-ridden bureaucracy.

scoun·drel

/ˈskoundrəl/

noun: scoundrel; plural noun: scoundrel

1.   a dishonest or unscrupulous person; a rogue.

:
cheat, swindler, scam artist, fraudster, trickster, charlatan;

synonyms:   wretch, scumbag scumbucket, scuzzball, sleazeball, sleazebag, ratfink;

Two minor rogue agents working in the bowels of the Cincinnati office (just like the deliberate false accusation blaming a YouTube video being responsible for BenghaziGate?) were responsible for targeted the Tea Parties? Hogwash! The pattern of lying and deceit is clear with this corrupt administration.

Trace the scandal and I bet it lands at the door of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The IRS under the direction of the current regime is a renegade agency, out of control and is being used by this administration to target its political “enemies” - Conservative Citizen Groups and Tea Party Participants - actually anyone who opposes the regimes’ radical transformative socialist agenda.

Not satisfied with past misconduct and election “achievements,” the Left led by Democrat US Senators endangered in losing their jobs wanted the IRS to institutionalize their scandalous targeting practices by proposing new regulation.  They did this hoping that the public would not notice when they put them out for comment around the holidays to further hoping to further stifle the voice of the citizen activists.

MY COMMENTS TO THE PROPOSED RESTRICTIVE NEW IRS REGS

Thanks to watchful organizations like True the Vote and Heritage Action they aroused the public making us aware of the unscrupulous regulations and urging the public to comment. Despite the fact that the comment period covered much of the holidays (deliberately done so to discourage public input,) people did comment. Boy, did they comment. There were nearly 150,000 comments to these liberty-restricting regulations. I heard that this was the greatest number of comments ever made to proposed regulations.

Here are the comments that I wrote to the IRS regulation titled, “Guidance for Tax-Exempt Social Welfare Organizations on Candidate-Related Political Activities”:

My First Comments

1. By what law or authority or basis does the IRS have to make these regulations, which seem to role of Congress? Has Congress through legislation given the IRS direction?

2. Actually, the law that oversees 501(c)(4) organizations has been on the books for over 50 years. The law, written by Congress and signed by the President, doesn’t put any restrictions on political speech by these citizen groups. These new regulations are not needed. The IRS should follow the original law.

3. Why were 501 C (5) Unions and 501 C (6) Business Associations exempt from these new IRS regulations, while 501 C (3) Citizen Groups are being targeted for the curtailment of political activity? This seems to be blatantly unfair and unjust. It discourages to the point of silencing the united individual citizen voices, but permits the powerful united labor and united business organizations to shout their views and political opinions in the political process to an unequal and unfair degree!

4. The information required by the IRS of these citizen groups is excessive and burdensome. It would discourage individual participation in the political process.

5. Further input should be obtained from the American public through a series of Public Hearings in every region of the country – North, South, East, West, Midwest, etc. IRS must justify the necessity of these burdensome regulations.

6. If the IRS insists on burdening this class of organizations, (then) it is only fair that they require the same restricted political activity of the moneyed labor unions and business associations!

My Second Comments
These proposed regulations distinguish between professional lobbying versus grassroots lobbying done by ordinary citizens. The regulations consider lobbying done by citizen grassroots groups as "political activity" but professional lobbying remains status quo. Does the IRS want only professionals involved in political activity?

These regulations limit the sources of information for the individual voter. This is very undemocratic. Why does the IRS seem to discourage -through these regulations - such activities as candidate debates, candidate forums, and open-to-the-public town hall meetings? These activities are surely more informative and helpful than seriously biased and partisan TV and radio ads. Classifying certain activities by 501 C (4) organizations as "candidate-related" even if they are not related to an election actually gets in the way of important sources of information for the individual voter even more, squelching legitimate issue ads trying to impact the legislative process.

Overall these proposed IRS regulations seem to be meant to discourage like-minded individuals uniting together to influence the political process from start to finish. It would only seem fair that Business and Union groups be subject to the same rules as liberal and conservative citizen groups.

Jay Leno: "We wanted a President who listens to all the people, didn't we?"

Here is Jay Leno at his best addressing the many IRS scandals which have been recently revealed. Hat tip to NewsBusters.com.

What? Yet, Another IRS Scandal?

Hat tip goes to GrettaWire.FoxNews.com for posting this powerful commentary by one of the true conservative representatives in the U.S. House. In this YouTube video Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) discusses how IRS spending on conferences is not a question of training, but a moral and character issue.

Here is the tweet I wrote to draw attention to the video below:

I agree wholeheartedly with Congressman Gowdy, this would be an excellent time to close down the IRS and to institute a simpler tax system such as the Fair Tax or Flat Tax. I heard earlier today that giving an agency like the IRS absolute power actually corrupts that agency absolutely.

IRSGate: Time for Major Tax Reform!

The following article is from Representative Jack Kingston (R-GA-1) of the U.S. House of Representatives. I received the following in an email today and was so impressed I reprinted it here:

IRS Scandal Should be Rallying Cry for Tax Reform

The more we learn about the Internal Revenue Service targeting groups based on their ideology, the more chilling the case becomes.

Agents did not just target groups with the words “tea party” in their name; they went after groups whose applications contained the word “patriot” or those who focused on the need to “make America a better place.”

For one pro-life group, the IRS demanded justification for their prayer meetings.  The group's eventual approval came with the condition that they stopped protesting abortions performed by Planned Parenthood.

We need answers.  In addition to calling for accountability at the agency, I have asked for a list of all Georgia-based groups who were targeted as part of the scheme so we can have a better understanding of just how broad this scandal reached.

Accountability is important but it is not enough.  This case makes clear that the IRS has gotten too big and too powerful.

The genesis of this agency’s power lies in the complexity of our tax code.

Today, the American people spend 6.1 billion hours complying with the tax code at a cost of $168 billion according to the Taxpayer Advocate Service.  That’s enough time to build the Empire State Building 619,918 times over or to build 165,365 Golden Gate Bridges!

Not only does our overly-complex tax code take a lot of time and money just for compliance, it empowers special interests and the IRS bureaucrats over most citizens.

While special interests exploit loopholes to skirt their tax bill, the IRS targets regular people trying to comply with the tax code because they are easier targets.  As made clear in this case, the complexity of our tax code also gives agents far too much discretion in how to enforce the law.

This incident should be a rallying cry for all Americans that it is time to scrap the IRS and our outdated tax code.

That is why I support the Fair Tax.  This legislation would eliminate all taxes and replace them with one simple retail sales tax.  Necessities would be tax-free through a prebate program that prevents an undue burden on low-income families.

By eliminating all the complicated forms and the special interest loopholes, the IRS would no longer be needed and everyone would pay their fair share.

An added benefit: anonymous bureaucrats would no longer have the ability to stifle groups based on their perceived ideology.

Making Sense of Obama Regime Scandals

Hat tip goes the to RightScoop.com for featuring on their website the post discussed below.

Judge Jeanine Pirro in a recent masterful monologue ripped the Obama administration for the numerous scandals that emerged or were elaborated upon last week involving this increasing corrupt regime. Here is a link her very informative video, which contains her entire monologue. It is well worth viewing.

In concluding her remarks she asks President Barack Obama the following insightful questions for which we may never obtain truthful responses:

“Why is it that you APOLOGIZE to Muslims, and you LIE to Americans?
“Why is it that you use the IRS to SILENCE political decent, and (you use) the DOJ to THREATEN the Press?
“Why is it that you mobilize the IRS to go after political enemies, but you can’t mobilize troops to save American lives in Benghazi?”

Why Isn't IRS's Sarah Hall Ingram in Jail for Abuse of TEA Party and Conservative Organizations?

Two scapegoats Steven Miller and Joseph Grant both serving in positions of 'responsibility' in the IRS were either asked to resign or resigned over the targeting and harassment of conservative groups by the IRS. However, the real culprits may include Timmy 'tax cheat' Geithner, former Secretary of the the Treasury, Douglas Shulman, former IRS Commissioner, and/or Sarah Hall Ingram. Ingram was the IRS Commissioner over Tax-Exempt Organizations overseeing the persecution of Tea Party and other conservative groups. Believe it or not, she is now in charge of IRS's ObamaCare office!

Low level workers in the bowels of the Cincinnati, Ohio IRS offices were initially blamed for these "mistakes" and "horrible customer service," but the more that is revealed the more it appears that 'higher ups' were also culpable. His Ineptness, Barack Obama, claims to know nothing of this scandal, nor anything else going on in Washington, D.C., except maybe that the Washington Bullets (their former name in disrespect to Obama's Gun Control initiative) team is not in the NBA playoffs...

I suspect that Geithner, Obama, as well as his re-election campaign team knew what was going at the IRS ...

Here is a great video with content that may never make it to ABC, CBS, CNN, or NBC, but it is worthwhile news.
