All that glitters is definitely not Leftist tolerance

I watched much of the online streaming of the Right Online Conference held in Minneapolis, Minnesota this past Friday and Saturday. I was appreciative of Representative and Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann’s uplifting speech at the conference. I did not see the incident captured in the video below until later. The video documented a same-sex activist’s attempt to sprinkle Congresswoman Bachmann with glitter as she exited the stage after her inspiring speech. Apparently the liberal infiltrator did not hear or comprehend the message and was present for the sole purpose of demonstrating her intolerance.
Hat tip goes to Judson Phillips of TeaPartyNation.com where I saw the YouTube video below. You can read about how the homosexual activists are using this tactic with other GOP presidential candidates in Phillips’ article, “More liberal intolerance.”

.
I like what the woman in the closing moments of the video admonishes the wayward woman, to seek her mother’s guidance on what it is to have integrity.

Microsoft Funds Intolerant Homosexuals

Taking Back the Rainbow

Last Friday, OneNewsNow reporter Allie Martin wrote a story titled, “Outspoken pastor confronts Microsoft execs.” In it he relates that last month black pastor, Ken Hutchison of the
Antioch Bible Church in Kirkland, Washington attended the annual Microsoft stockholders meeting where he confronted Microsoft founder Bill Gates and CEO Steve Ballmer and board members about their support and financing of homosexual activist groups. In his article Martin tells that Hutcherson brought up the recent protests by radical homosexuals against the outcome of the ballot imitative, Proposition 8, in which California voters settled the question that marriage was the exclusive domain of one-man, one-woman relationship.

In the article Microsoft stockholder Hutcherson explained, "And my question to Microsoft . . . (why are we) . . . supporting, with millions and millions of dollars, a group that has proven to be intolerant, that has proven to be hateful, violent, and [prejudiced] towards African Americans, [Opponents of the voter initiative] are now calling African Americans who voted for Prop. 8 by 'the N-word.'"

He was further quoted in the article as saying, "You know what they (Microsoft officials) said afterward? . . . 'Well, we have voted to continue our charitable gifts. That's why I'm saying I'm not going to stop because they have proven to be hypocrites. And if it was any other group, they would have stopped it immediately."

TAKING ACTION

Martin concludes his story saying that Pastor Huticherson is “urging concerned Christians to purchase shares in companies like Microsoft who support the pro-homosexual cause and to request that they stop supporting intolerant groups."

Lesbians demonstrate, only their speech is “free”

I used information from the following sources for this article: Americans tor Truth, Mass Resistance and Pass The Salt Ministries.
.

.

Beware lesbians with frying pans (if you care about free speech).

Lesbian activists at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts
stormed the “Born [Homosexual/lesbian] Hoax” talk by Ryan Sorba, shutting it down.

Violent voices of intentional intolerance: Lesbians riot at Smith College squelching Sorba’s speech

(Northampton, MA) Last week at Smith College a group of “proud and loud” lesbians shouted “We’re here, we’re queer, get used to it!” disrupting and drowning out a speech being given by someone daring to take the position that homosexuals, indeed, can and leave that perverse lifestyle.

MassResistance reported, “Dozens of lesbian activists at Smith College climbed in through windows and stormed the podium in a riot scene shortly after Ryan Sorba began a speech on his upcoming book, The Born (Homosexual/Lesbian) Hoax. The melee forced an end to the speech before a packed hall in the library on the Northampton campus. Uniformed police officers and a plainclothes security guard were in the room but mostly just stood and watched. Rather than take action against the rioters, the officers and a university official walked to the podium and ordered Sorba to leave the room “for his own safety.””

Pass the Salt Ministries’ Dave Daubenmire writes on his website, “Truth is rapidly being expelled from our society.” In commenting on the Smith College riot, he wrote, “This is the type of censorship running rampant on the college campus in America.” At the same time he rebukes the Christian Church and Christians that they are keeping dangerously quiet and apathetic about this purging of the Truth.

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth in an article on his website summarizes the situation well, “Homosexual activists are afraid of critical ideas — e.g.,

ex-”(homosexuals/lesbians” and facts about the immense health risks linked to same-sex practices — a sure sign that they are on shallow intellectual footing. Meanwhile, we have learned that the American Psychiatric Association has canceled a symposium, slated for Monday, on “Homosexuality and Therapy: the Religious Dimension,” featuring Grove City College’s Warren Throckmorton — after homosexual activist Episcopal Bishop (Vicky) Gene Robinson pulled out of the discussion. The homosexual newspaper Washington Blade reports that Robinson “canceled his plans to attend because he came to believe that making an appearance would validate the concept that sexual orientation can be changed.”

LaBarbera goes on to write, “People confident in their ideas don’t storm opponents’ speeches. Rather, they listen intently to them, and then present another viewpoint to compete in the marketplace of ideas. In the long run, homosexualists can’t compete with truth, and they seem to know it.”

Americans For Truth also provides the following helpful links:

Click HERE to watch a YouTube of Ryan Sorba’s “Born Gay Hoax” speech, and HERE to go to MassResistance’s page covering a recent Sorba speech (which was not censored) on the same topic at Framingham State College. Click HERE
for MassResistance’s main story on the censorious lesbian riot at Smith College.

One thing we know is that just like the so-called scientists, researchers, and academicians in Ben Stein’s recently released movie, Expelled, demonstrated, homosexual activists are intolerant of and adverse to the Truth. The Smith lesbian riot is but another piece of evidence.

Jesus is now a four letter word

Today’s Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch newspaper’s Hot Issue of the day is: “Should guest preachers at the (Ohio) Statehouse be allowed to pray in Jesus' name?”

A minister from Lima, Ohio was invited by his representative to provide the opening prayer on the Wednesday session of the House of Representatives. This minister had the audacity and gall to name the three issues which the Ohio House was going to be dealing with that day and to request God's wisdom for the lawmakers. Apparently he got too specific, and worse, too explicit when he closed his prayer using the name of Jesus. His language went afoul of the political correctness crowd.

Here is my response to that question above:

Yes, absolutely, I agree with Rep. Josh Mandel, R-Lyndhurst, who is one of two Jewish members in the House, statement in today’s Columbus Dispatch front-page
article that the prayer was not at all offensive to him and that he had no problem with the prayer. The Columbus Dispatch article even quoted Representative Mandel as saying, "Our country is based on freedom of religion, not a freedom from religion," he said. "Clergy of any religion should have freedom to say the opening prayer of their wish."

Unfortunately too many of our state and federal judges and state and federal representatives have bought the lie that there exists this separation of church and state. The Founders' desire was to ensure that there would always be freedom to express one’s religion in addition to the freedom of religion. The leftist elites and the courts have perniciously and continuously sought to prevent or to pervert these rights in favor of promoting and enshrining their own secular humanistic religion.

Contrast Representative Mandel’s reasoned remarks with that of another Representative’s arrogant and audacious remarks. Representative Chirs Redfern of Catawba Island, the Ohio Democratic chairman, who was one of two Democrats to walk off the floor during Wednesday's prayer. He said prayers over recent years have become "increasingly evangelical."

.
Redfern is quoted in today’s Columbus Dispatch article as having said, "The opening prayer is a time to be mindful of the obligations that we've been granted through our voters and gives us a chance to reflect," he said. "It should not be used as an opportunity to proselytize. At times, all we're lacking is a river to take members down to dip them in." What meaningless gibberish this man speaks. Does he want the men of God to pray to the voters, for Heaven’s sake? How ridiculous it is to say that praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is ludicrous even bombastic. Is the true man of God to be bound by the innocuous political correctness test before he speaks from his heart to his real true God?

Chairman Redfern, your words and actions Wednesday seem to indicate that you portray very bigoted, intolerant, biased and hateful behavior. You, my friend, are representative of all that is wrong with politics and the culture today. You and your ilk tolerate every form of perversion and every world view or philosophy save one. The one true faith in God and His Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ is an abomination, an anathema to you and your comrades. Stop the bigotry. Stop the hatred. Stop the intolerance. Stop your mean-spirited bias.
