GOP: NO MORE EXCUSES, Get Something Done for the Good of America This Time

For much too long we have suffered the excuses of the Republican Party. The 2016 Election was a dramatic statement by the people of America that enough is enough.

First in 2010 the GOP Congressional leadership said they needed the House to combat the Democrat Party's obscene agenda. We gave them the House. Boehner, McConnell and Co. did next to nothing to stop the Democrat agenda.

The GOP said in 2014 that they couldn't do anything until we gave them the Senate. They then did even less. They said that their hands were tied and everything they tried would be vetoed by the current occupier of the White House. They did nothing except support and pass the entire Democrat agenda and then some. They did make the Democrats ecstatic. They avoided media antipathy or wrath. They maintained their beloved status quo. They had their power and their seats.

By their inaction and continued cowardice, the GOP created the Frankenstein monster, Donald Trump, they drew the wrath of the people. Trump was perceived as an outsider and one who would "drain the Washington, D.C. swamp," would break up the Washington cartel. He would shake things up in complacent Washington.

Now after the the election of Donald Trump, the GOP has the House, the Senate and the Presidency, now what will be their excuse?

The GOP must beat back the anti-America agenda of the Left and the Globalist that has been the objective of both the Democrat and Republican Parties in recent decades. Trump must be the catalyst with the backing of the American people to implement and push for reform, renewal and economic, cultural and spiritual revival of individuals and the nation.

The following is an excerpt from an email that I received from Heritage Action which offers a succinct assessment of what happened in the 2016 General Election:

"Last night, voters all across the country shocked the political and media establishments. America’s message was simple: we are tired of corrupt insider dealing in Washington and the self-serving nature of the establishment political class.
This didn’t happen by chance. Millions of Americans found a reason to engage in the political process. Whether it was opposition to massive unconstitutional government, desire to drain the corrupt swamp, or an earnest desire to see a stronger, more prosperous America, Americans rallied around Donald J. Trump.
The conservative movement -- from those that fought for Reagan to those that helped found the Tea Party -- has played an important role and will continue to play an important role in the months and years to come..."
