Gibbs Gets Question on Prez’s Citizenship

An article on WorldNetDaily.com (WND), “Obama mouthpiece laughs off birth certificate request,” contained a transcript of a question that one of their reporters, Lester Kinsolving, asked the at the alleged President’s Press Secretary's, Robert Gibb, briefing to the media today. It happened to be the last question of the 44 minute briefing, and apparently everyone in the room had a good laugh over it. However, it really is not a laughing matter.

The subject of the question was the alleged President’s, Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Obama, official birth certificate, which could prove that he meets the constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen. There is doubt now because the published certificate on the Internet, referred to by Gibbs below, is not an official long-form birth certificate. It (the posted version) is only a certificate of live birth, which in Hawaii could be obtained even by persons born outside of that state, even in a foreign country.

Here is an excerpt from the WND article:

“At today's White House briefing, Gibbs was contentious with Kinsolving before he ever asked his question. Calling on WND's longtime correspondent, he said: "Lester, I'm a glutton for punishment."

Kinsolving said: "Thank you, thank you, very much. Just one question concerning what the president said in his speech on Thursday, and I quote, 'I ran for president promising transparency, and I meant what I said. This is why, whenever possible, we will make information available to the American people so they can make informed judgments and hold us accountable.' End of quote. Do you remember that statement?"

Gibbs: "I can confirm that he said that."

Kinsolving: "Good. In consideration of this very good promise of transparency, why can't the president respond to the petition to requests of 400,000 American citizens by releasing a certified copy of his long-form birth certificate listing hospital – (laughter) – 400,000. …"
Gibbs: "Are you looking for the President's birth certificate?"

Kinsolving: "Yes."

Gibbs: "It's on the Internet, Lester."

Kinsolving: "No, no, no -- the long form listing his hospital and physician." (Laughter.)

Gibbs: "Lester, this question in many ways continues to astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy with the seal of the President's birth. I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people – (laughter) – that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president's birth there, but it's on the Internet because we put it on the Internet for each of those 400,000 to download. I certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we'll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy."

And with that, Gibbs ended the briefing.

"This is what the White House thinks of American citizens who take the Constitution seriously," said (Joseph) Farah in response to Gibbs' response. "I think I speak for the 400,000 petitioners when I say disregard for the Constitution is no laughing matter."

Farah was pleased, however, that the question was finally asked of a member of the administration – in public and on the record . . .”

Lingering Question, "Where Was Obama Born?"

I have written several articles regarding the mystery surrounding the place of Barack Obama's birth. We know it wasn't Bethlehem, but it may have been in Kenya. Posted on the Free Republic website and on several other websites and blogs today is an extensive and exhaustive article, “Polarik's final report: Obama's 'Born' Conspiracy: Forged images, phony photos, and felony fraud.” The report was completed by Ron Polarik, PhD. The report is the culmination of four months of research into the copies of the publicly released document showing the birth of the President-elect Barack Hussein Obama. Polarik and many other American question the Obama documents validity.

Polarik states in the forward to his article,

“. . . To summarize the seriousness of these actions and this charge, and to the importance of what is contained within this report:

“There is conclusive and irrefutable evidence that the COLB (Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth) image created and distributed by Obama's campaign to the Daily Kos, Annenberg's Factcheck, and the St. Pete Times, Politifact, is, unquestionably, a false identification document.

“Furthermore, there is conclusive and irrefutable evidence that the photos taken by Annenberg's Factcheck, in collusion with the Obama campaign, are themselves, false identification documents, having been made from the same false identification document image, as well as from additional false identification documents created for the same purpose; namely, to proffer these false identification documents as true reproductions of a genuine, Hawaii-issued and certified, "Certification of Live Birth" document, and thereby, intentionally deceive the American public into believing that Barack Hussein Obama is a natural-born citizen of the United States, and thereby, fully qualified to become their President.

“I never imagined that my studies would amount to this. I thought, like most Americans, that maybe the information was accurate even though the document image was fake. I thought, like most Americans, that Obama would simply present a copy of his real, original birth certificate, and that would be that. Yet, here we are, more than twenty months after Obama announced his candidacy for the Presidency, and nearly three weeks after the election, and Obama still refuses to show his real birth certificate!

In the Polarik report’s executive summary he makes these cogent statements:

“. . .With my experience and specialization in document imaging, my findings are conclusive and irrefutable that the COLB (Certificate of Live Birth) images posted by Obama to his campaign website, fightthesmears.com, to the dailykos.com, a pro-Obama blog, to FactCheck.org, a pro-Obama political research group, and to Politifact.org, are, in fact, image forgeries with the intent to defraud the American People into believing that these images were digitally scanned from Obama’s genuine, “original” birth certificate.

‘With my experience and specialization in photography and digital imaging, my findings are conclusive and irrefutable that the COLB photographs posted by FactCheck.org, a pro-Obama political research group, and to Politifact.org, are, in fact, photographic forgeries with the intent to defraud the American People into believing that these digital photographs were taken of Obama’s genuine, “original” birth certificate.”

This man, Dr. Polarik, is an expert in the field of digital imaging and has had over 20 years experience in the field. This evidence, in my mind demands a thorough investigation by Congress and/or the Judiciary to determine whether Barack Hussein Obama is indeed qualified to serve as President of the United States.

Why Alan Keyes Questions Obama’s Presidency

I have been following and writing about Obama's doctored birth documents since August. Dr. Alan Keyes has recently sued California's Attorney General to prevent that state's electoral college delegates from voting for Obama on December 15th until such time that he proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is a naturally-born citizen of the United States of America. This naturally born citizenship is one of the requirements to qualify a person to be President. Because of President-elite's apparently fake Hawaiian certificate of live birth, which he is trying to persuade the public of its legitimacy, Keyes and others are rightfully questioning Obama'a citizenship.

Just today I received a link to an important article posted on Essence.com, which from the looks of it, is a magazine and website oriented toward black Americans. KC sent me the link. Cynthia Gordy wrote the article titled, “Alan Keyes Tells Us Why He Questions Obama's Presidency.” The article is mostly a series of question between “Essence.com” and Ambassador Keyes involving the controversy brewing around Obama's true citizenship. Below is an excerpt from the article including two of the question asked of Dr. Keyes.

“The Constitution requires that, to be president, one must be a natural born citizen of the United States. Conservative Alan Keyes-who ran against President-elect Barack Obama in the 2004 race for the Illinois Senate, and in the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign (Keyes ran on the American Independent Party ticket)-is challenging whether that is the case for our new president. In November, Keyes filed a lawsuit against Obama, the California secretary of state, and others, to stop California from giving its electoral votes to Obama until a birth certificate is produced proving that he is indeed a natural born citizen. ESSENCE.com talked to Keyes about where he thinks Obama was born, why he questions the birth records already provided, and if this whole lawsuit is just an overblown case of sour grapes.

“ESSENCE.COM: What exactly do you want to accomplish with this lawsuit?

“ALAN KEYES: I had read a little bit about the issues that were being raised about Obama back during the primary season. At first I thought, like a lot of people, "There's nothing to this. It's just a matter of fact. You can establish what the facts are." The Constitution specifies that a citizen who is naturalized, rather than born into the status of being an American citizen, cannot be president. That was done in the beginning because people feared a foreign takeover of the United States government by the process of immigration. Staid as it is, we again are in a situation where a lot of foreign entities have influence or control over U.S. policy.

“The reason an issue has been raised about Obama is because of the simple question, which can be answered with a birth certificate that shows he was born in the United States, or born to parents who had the capacity to transmit U.S. citizenship. When the question was asked, he danced around it. If the most important office of the federal government can be occupied by someone who is not qualified under the United States Constitution, that destroys the authority of the Constitution. I think it's something that needs to be dealt with in a clear, straightforward way. Eventually the case will get to the Supreme Court, establish the facts, and clear the air. It's really all very simple. . .

“ESSENCE.COM: What's wrong with the birth certificate on his Web site?

“KEYES: Part of the problem is, at the time he was born, the state of Hawaii was issuing certificates of live birth. That's what he has on the Web site. They would issue that certificate verifying you were born, but not necessarily in the United States. And there is question that, at the time that he was born, his mother was not yet of age to transmit citizenship. You had to be 19, I think. If he was born in Hawaii, then he is a natural born citizen. If he was born somewhere else-and a question has been raised if his birth was in Kenya-then his mother would not have transmitted citizenship. One needs to verify that the certificate vverifies the birthplace. . .”

Manning refers to the alleged President Barry Soetoro alias Barack Obama as the “long-legged mack daddy.” What is a "mack daddy," I asked (I don’t listen to gangsta rap)? The urban dictionary defines ‘mack daddy’ as (1) an ultra pimp, (2) A pimpalicous man who gets anything he wants (i.e., sex, money, clothing, cars etc). Bailouts, pork-filled-stimulus, bloated federal budget, Cap & Trade, Socialized Medicine, TARP = MONEY. Nationalizing Government Motors (GM) = CARS. Michelle’s $500 sneakers = CLOTHING, etc . . . . 1. Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes'. So how can the Obama birth certificate state he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used at that time? 2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is age 25 years old and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, East Africa". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate". 3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978? Why hasn't this been discussed in the major media????? The Birth Certificate and Donald Trump are Fakes

Is it real?  I don’t know yet, but even if it is real, something is fishy about all of this.  Why wait until now to release it?  What did he have to hide?  Even if this alleged birth certificate is real and even if Obama really was born in Hawaii, that doesn’t necessarily mean that he meets the Constitutional requirement of a natural born citizen. 

The meaning of the phrase “natural born Citizen”  has not been examined by any court and there was a lot of debate about the precise definition after the original Constitution was ratified.  Some people thought that it meant anyone who was born in the United States and was a citizen.  Others thought that it meant that one was born to parents who were citizens.  But no court has ever weighed the evidence on both sides of this debate.  Obama’s father was definitely not a natural born citizen.  The idea that everyone born in the United States is automatically a citizen didn’t come about until the 14^th Amendment, but that does not change the meaning of or necessarily change the requirement “natural born Citizen”.  And don't forget the "under the jurisdiction of" requirement.  (To me this is irrelevant because I know that the 14^th Amendment is fraudulent.)  Many people, such as John McCain, were born outside of the United States to parents who were citizens, and he was considered to eligible to become President (by Congress, at least).  So to place everything on the location of the birth is not necessarily right.  We know that the intent of the Founding Fathers was to prevent a man from becoming President with divided national loyalities. 

Even if Obama met the requirements of a natural born citizen at the time of his birth, that does not necessarily mean that he retained these qualifications throughout his lifetime.  Remember that he was raised in Indonesia.  I am told that Barry Soetoro became a citizen of Indonesia and that time one could not have dual citizenship.  Therefore, Obama could not have retained his United States citizenship.  He could then legally become a naturalized citizen again, but a naturalized citizen is not a natural born citizen.  And even if they did allow dual citizenship between the United States and Indonesia, that would have created a divided national loyalty.  So even if he technically were constitutionally eligible to become President it obviously goes against the spirit of the Constitution.  Anyone who is knowledgeable about the Constitution and the most basic details of the history of Obama’s upbringing should never have voted for him.  All that hard work that Founding Fathers did to safeguard our liberty, and the American people were willing to just throw it away so that government could take care of us from cradle to grave.

And what do you think about Donald Trump taking credit for getting Obama to release his birth certificate?  Trump said that he was “proud” of himself for resolving this issue once and for all.  Trump is a fraud.  I wouldn’t be surprised if this newly revealed birth certificate as well as the old one are fraudulent and that Trump and Obama are in cahoots to fool the American people.  This would accomplish two things.  It would further marginalize the birther movement, taking it off people’s minds so that “we can get on with other issues (like how to ruin our economy even more)”.  This would boost Obama’s ratings among anyone on the fence.  Despite Obama’s low approval rate, with a little election fraud, he just might be able to pull it off in ’12.  

The second purpose would be to boost Trump’s approval rating.  He got a lot more media attention because of this.  The media is pretending to be against Trump, calling him stupid for having been a birther, to garner the sympathy vote.  Trump may be the next candidate of the establishment or he could be a back up (like McCain was) in case Obama flounders.  

He is bringing back protectionism into the political discourse.  That is not the answer to our political problems, we need to cut spending!  We are manipulating our currency just as much as China is, so how can we say that they are cheating us?  This is mostly a red herring.  

The Washington Times reported that Trump said that he was in favor of a single payer, universal healthcare.  That would be worse than Obamacare.  And do you really want to vote for someone who made so much money off gambling casinos?  Is that the way to have compassion for people?

Finally, MSM Addresses Obama’s Citizenship

Ted commented on my post "A Constitutional Crisis is Looming" providing me the YouTube.com video link, which is embedded below. Thank you Ted! The notes accompanying the YouTube video reads, “Peter Williams wrote a misleading MSNBC (we should not be surprised) article, "Duo Take Obama Birth Challenge to Court." Mr. Williams states, “The justices are unlikely to take up these cases (Philip Berg and Leo Donofrio) for a host of reasons, not the least of which is the invitation to overturn the results of an election in which more than 66 million Americans voted for Obama. An equally high hurdle is the issue of whether Berg or Donofrio have the legal right to sue claiming a violation of the Constitution.” What ever happened to obeying the law? Why can’t Obama just produce evidence that he is a natural-born United States citizen?

Williams further concludes his article, “Then, on Oct. 31st, the director of Hawaii's Department of Health issued a statement, proclaiming that he had personally seen and verified that the state has "Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record," which shows that he was born there.” What is misleading about this conclusion is that the Hawaiian official does not state that Obama was born in Hawaii, that was Mr. Williams’ interpretation and explanation. The Hawaiian official did say that he had seen an original birth certificate, but did not state that it indicated that Obama was born in the United States. Citizenship Issue on MSNBC



In reaction to Williams’ article cited above, the YouTube.com video notes make the following argument.

"Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the child’s birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The parents would be issued a Certification of Live Birth. This is not proof of where the child was born. It only proves that the parents claimed Hawaii as their main place of residence for the prior year.

“British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth.

“A natural born citizen would not be a citizen of any other nation than the United States. That is what "natural born" means. By nature, the child, would be only a US citizen, because both of his parents were US citizens, and NO OTHER NATION, can by law claim him to be under their jurisdiction, at the moment of his birth. That was not the case with Obama. He was, by law, a Citizen of the United Kingdom, the moment he was born, and then, by law, he became a citizen of Kenya on Dec. 12, 1963.”

All I or any American ask is that the truth be pursued in this matter and that the right thing be done no matter the cost. I am afraid that the truth will not be sought, and that the liberal leaning Justice Anthony Kennedy will not do the right thing when it comes down to making a ruling requiring Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Hussein Obama II to produce his birth certificate to the court in penalty of disqualification. I hope that I am wrong.

To surmise means “to conclude based on only limited evidence.” To date, Barrack Hussein Obama has not produced an authentic or official birth certificate that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is a naturally born citizen of the United States. Being born in the U.S.A. is one of the basic qualifications to be President. Obama's father was Kenyan and his mother was a teenager when she married Obama, Sr. He abandoned the family when Obama, Jr. was a boy. There is evidence and suspicion that his posted certificate of live birth has been falsified. There is suspicion that he was, in fact, born in Kenya in Africa.

Obama is under court order to produce his birth certificate. The deadline has passed. He and his lawyers have asked that the case be dismissed. We are waiting for the judges’ ruling, which hopefully will come before the election.

Video: BREAKING! Detective Probes Obama SSN Mystery - Files Suit in Ohio!

There is a lot to learn about the current President of the United States. He was not vetted properly prior to the 2008 election. Maybe now for the 2012 election he will be. First, there remains a question about the authenticity of his birth certificate. Experts contend that the birth certificate produced by the White House has been altered.

And what about his college transcripts? Did he claim to be a foreign exchange student? How did he pay for his college education? What kind of grades did he receive?

If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 25 years than from his birth certificate.

Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that. On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number.

Barack Obama Birth Certificate Forgery Confirmed



Based on a suggestion made by attorney Philip Berg, one of the people filing a lawsuit in the question of Obama's citizenship, I sent each of the nine United States Supreme Court Justices the letter below. I requested that the Court demand that President-elect Obama produce clear evidence that he was born in the U.S.A. and meets that requirement for the office of President.

The copies of the alleged Certificate of Life Birth currently available on the Internet appears to be suspicious, some even claim them to be forgeries. Why did Barack Obama have his birth certificate records sealed when he went to Hawaii to visit his dying grandmother? Why are Obama's college records all sealed as well? Could it be, as some speculate, that he was attending those schools receiving foreign student assistance? There are many question that need to be answered in the next two months.

My gut feeling is that Obama is not a natural born citizen and is hiding this fact, hoping that it will be overlooked or ignored. It must not and cannot glossed over. We could be witnessing a bloodless coup d’état if Obama takes offices in January without meeting the requirements of the constitution. He has a lot of friends in high places including the media which has served him well, so far, as the public relations and marketing arm of his campaign. Is it no wonder we have seen little or no coverage of this critical matter in the main stream media?

A Constitutional Crisis is Looming

The following is an important informative letter outlining the situation which we have with the possible usurping of the presidency by a constitutionally unqualified President-elect, Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Hussein Obama. This is information all Americans must have as soon as possible. The letter was prepared by a listener to the Faith2Action radio show.

And the Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) which he has posted on his web site to establish his bona fides is apparently fraudulent, according to graphics expert, Dr. Ron Polarik. I would encourage you look over this information to satisfy yourself that there is indeed a raging fire beneath the swirling smoke surrounding this issue, and that it warrants our attention as citizens. Then, I would ask that you not only pray fervently, but contact your congressmen and voice your concerns, asking them to hold hearings to resolve the matter of Obama's electability. And ask everyone you know to do the same.

True to form, the national media has chosen to ignore the subject entirely, and their silence has been deafening. Whenever the questions regarding his birth certificate and eligibility are raised, they are batted down as simply idle speculation posed by wild-eyed conspiracy nuts and right-wing ideologues, and questioners are directed to the Obama website and factcheck.org, where the already-discredited copy of his COLB is posted.

The list of culpable parties in this conspiracy of silence is long: Obama, his inner circle, the Democrat Party leadership, and the media. And the Secretaries of State throughout the nation should certainly be held accountable for their failure in the vetting process, as well.

As you know, time is of the essence, since the vote by the Electoral College is scheduled for December 15. There are at least 17 suits pending in various states regarding this, and two cases before the Supreme Court, about which a conference is scheduled for December 5. If the Court takes up the case or otherwise inserts itself, they will no doubt begin by requiring Obama to provide his actual birth certificate and other documents proving his eligibility. Though he has steadfastly refused to do so for the past 20 months, if he satisfies this requirement, we assume that the case would be closed, and his inauguration would go ahead as panned. If not, then an entirely different picture will emerge.

How this will be resolved, it is too soon to tell. However, if the vote in the Electoral College takes place as planned and Obama is elected without being thwarted or delayed by the Secretaries of State, the Supreme Court or Congress, his does not mean that we will have a duly elected President according to the Constitution. If he is then sworn in as President on January 20, every citizen of the United States will have standing to sue for redress of our grievances before the Supreme Court. But our task will be much greater, and we will face a stiff uphill climb, no doubt. Needless to say, the situation would be messy at best, were he to be inaugurated without his qualifications being resolved.

Dear Member of Congress:

It is your duty, as a duly elected representative of the American people; to regain the respect you have lost by your inaction in not vetting Soetoro a/k/a Obama, by calling for a Congressional Hearing ASAP to determine the truth regarding qualifications of Barry Soetoro, otherwise known as Barack Hussein Obama, to be President of the United States.

My, my, you and the other Members of Congress just showed your true character, that being, no guts, no backbone and only interested in getting re-elected.

I refer to each of you in your lack of action regarding the now President-elect Soetoro/Obama.

As you must be aware, there are many unresolved questions concerning Soetoro/Obama’s status or lack thereof, as a ‘natural born’ American citizen, as required by ‘our’ U.S. Constitution.

On January 8, 2009, you failed your constituencies, your voters, the citizens in your district, as well as all citizens in our nation. Yes, you failed all of us, the ‘We the People,’ yes, the words that begin our U.S. Constitution. Federal Law, 3 U.S.C. 15 provides a method to challenge the counting of the electoral votes in the Joint Session of Congress. If only one [1] Member of the House and one [1] Member of the Senate announced in writing that they were objecting to the Electorial Vote in any/every state, the counting of the votes would stop and the Joint Session would cease until the House and Senate meet, discussed and voted on each States Electorial Votes.

Because of your failure to ‘question’ the eligibility of Soetoro/Obama, we are headed for a ‘Constitutional Crisis.’ Yes, a ‘Constitutional Crisis’ because Soetoro/Obama who appears not to be a ‘natural born’ U.S. citizen is ‘ineligible’ under ‘our’ U.S. Constitution to serve as President.

Soetoro/Obama, being ‘ineligible/unqualified’ due to his lack of being ‘natutal born’ means that Obama will be ‘usurping’ the powers of the Office of President of the United States. It will result in every, yes every law that Soetoro/Obama signs, every appointment to an Ambassador or Judgeship, all will be invalid. Soetoro/Obama is setting himself up to be blackmailed, both internally and externally.

There are millions of Americans who believe that Soetoro/Obama does not meet the 3rd qualification pursuant to ‘our’ U.S Constitution, that being ‘natural born.’ Soetoro/Obama satisfies the 1st two [2], that being at least thirty-five [35] years of age and lived in the United States for fourteen [14] years.

The document that Soetoro/Obama’s people keep pushing on the American public is a fraudulent ‘Certification of Live Birth’ and not a ‘Birth Certificate.’ And significant is the fact that in an attempt to quash the rumors that Soetoro/Obama was not ‘natural born,’ in the Soetoro/Obama campaign web site ‘fightthesmears.com’ in June 2008, they put up this fraudulent ‘Certification of Live Birth’ indicating Soetoro/Obama was born in Hawaii. The fact that Soetoro/Obama has never released his ‘Birth Certificate’ is a very strong indication that he was not born in Hawaii.

There is evidence that:

1. Soetoro/Obama was born in Kenya and because of his mother’s age, he was only ‘naturalized.’
2. Soetoro/Obama was adopted in Indonesia and his legal name became and probably still is ‘Barry Soetoro.’
3. Obama, otherwise known as ‘Barry Soetoro’ became a ‘natural’ citizen of Indonesia.
4. At age ten [10] Obama returned to Hawaii from Indonesia and:
a. If Soetoro/Obama went through U.S. Immigration he would have been given a ’Certification of Citizenship’ indicating he was ‘naturalized.’
b. If, and it is believed that Soetoro/Obama, or rather Barry Soetoro, did not go through U.S. Immigration, then he is an ‘illegal alien’ – not only not qualified/eligible to be Preseident, but also ineligible to have been a U.S. Senator from Illinois.
5. Soetoro/Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981 when he was twenty [20] years old on his Indonesia Passport:
a. If Soetoro/Obama was a U.S. citizen in 1981, he did an ‘overt’ act against the U.S. by travelling to a nation, Pakistan that was restricted as Pakistan was a non-travel nation.

Without truthful information concerning Soetoro/Obama’s eligibility to serve as President, ‘We the People’ have been injured. Our fundamental right to cast an informed vote for an eligible Democratic Presidential candidate has been violated. Further, our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and association have been violated because we have been robbed of the opportunity to cast our objections through our Representatives to the counting of the Electoral Votes.

To redeem yourself, I implore you to call with your Congressional colleagues for a Congressional Hearing and ask the questions that you failed to do regarding President-elect Soetoro/Obama, even after he tries to hide behind the Office of the Presidency, to resolve the issue without question of the citizenship status and qualifications as set forth in ‘our’ U.S. Constitution. Such a procedure has and is occurring regarding the proposed members of the Cabinet.

Challenging Obama's Citizenship

Questions remain about Barack Obama's citizenship. Is he really a natural-born citizen? Is he a citizen of Indonesia under the name of Barry Soetoro? How did he travel to restricted Asian countries in the 1980s?

In addition to lacking a long-form birth certificate, the Robot Obama and the current occupier of the oval office share some common features. Both are attractive, well-dressed figures. They both have been pre-programmed. Soetoro a/k/a Obama was steeped in the socialistic & Marxist philosophy of Saul Alinsky, Frank Marshall Davis and a vast array of leftist college professors and friends. Robot Obama has been pre-programmed by Disney engineers.

The two differ in that the real (Soetoro alias) Obama requires teleprompters when he speaks, while Robot Obama speaks extemporaneously albeit from a CD.

Where was Obama Born?

At Rick Warren's Saddleback Civil Forum on Saturday Barack Hussein Obama could not answer the simple question as to when life begins. He did a good job shirking that question. I wonder could he tell America where he was born? There seems to be some conflict regarding his apparently doctored birth certificate, which appears on one of his websites . . .

Where, oh where is that Birth Certificate?

KCTV5 in Kansas City, Missouri reported on its website that the sign pictured above, which stands along busy I-70 is causing a little stir.

Their report describes the sign as “‘How do you like your change now? Obama Nation. They are coming for you! The Taxpayer. First and Second Amendments are in jeopardy. Live free or Die.’ There is also a hammer and sickle on the sign.”

A pastor originally from England is quoted in the KCTV5 report saying, “We lived in a socialist society and I guess what I am seeing in America is that we are pushing to some of those ways now. Especially the hospitalization. It's taken away some of our freedoms as Americans."

This sign is only one of a number of signs being raised across America, which call in question the qualifications of the current occupier of the oval office, Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Obama. Some doubt, including me, that this president is a native-born American.

The lesson to be learned from the presidency of Soetoro/Obama is the importance of a proper vetting process, especially so in regard to the highest office in the land. Good business practice and commonsense demand that a thorough background check is done on every employee. America has and will suffer because of lack of due diligence in qualifying this candidate. Even John McCain was thorough scrutinized, having been born on a military base in Panama. The pitiful press, the corrupt congress, the demonic Democrat Party, and the egotistical elitist Obamas’ equally share the blame of a potentially fraudulent President.

More billboards like the one pictured above need to sprout up all over this land until either the proper documents including the long-form birth certificate are produced.

The sign may, indeed, be offensive to some, but no more offensive than the mischief being caused daily by the President and the thugs that surround him in the White House and his party's leadership in the Congress. And not more offensive than the President's apparent disregard for the U.S. Constitution in the matter of qualification to be POTUS.
