According to an email I received yesterday from the Ohio Christian Alliance, "The “Merry Christmas Billboard Ladies” encourage Cincinnati residents to verbalize their Christmas sentiments. You’ll notice one of their billboards on southbound I-75, between the Norwood Lateral and Mitchell Avenue, reminding travelers to keep “Merry Christmas” in the season."
