I heard JD Hayworth say this afternoon on a show on XM Radio’s Patriot channel that members of Congress have been reduced to Ombudsmen or Ambassadors representing the people in their districts or states. The regulators spew forth regulations that bypass Congress and essentially become law. Members of Congress are reduced to beggars before this cancerous bureaucratic government. There is a lot truth to that notion. In fact it has caused me to conclude the following:
Over the years Congress has willingly conceded to regulatory agency [EPA, FCC, NLRB, FAA, FDA, etc.] bureaucrats the power and authority to actually morph our constitutionally established Republican Democracy form of government into rule-by-unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats, a socialistic government if you will. Mr. Obama has willingly and gladly worked to expedite this unwarranted transformation. I term our new form of government, as so succinctly demonstrated throughout the entire Obama reign and regime, a BUREAUCRAZY … The unnecessary and power-grabbing 2000 plus page Obamacare law with its rules and regulations, which create over 150 new agencies, is a great example of a government gone insane, a Bureaucrazy! Another example of Bureaucrazy is the droves of highly paid, highly unaccountable Obama czars, who perpetuate government growth at every opportune crisis, man-made and otherwise!
