California: It's time to abandon the public schools

RESCUING THE CHILDREN

January 2, 2008 will be another day that will live in infamy. It is the day when every true Christian and every decent, principled, values-driven and right-minded parent should strongly consider pulling their children out of the schools. It is the day that the line should be drawn telling the secular humanist academic and political elite that they have taken their plan to destroy our culture to a new low. Foreign enemies have not had success in destroying America from outside. The ACLU and other forces of evil, who have been working feverishly to negate the Christian influence are having a degree of success in destroying our cultural foundations, values and principles.

Why sound the alarm? What is going on in California that is so bad? What is wrong? Two new California laws (SB 777 and AB 394) take effect the first of the New Year. That is the day that a profoundly amoral and confused congress and a very liberal Republican and unenlightened Governor of the New Sodom and the new Gomorrah have prescribed and acquiesced for beginning the sexual indoctrination of public school students K-12.

On that day the two new laws “will require all public school instruction and activities to positively portray transsexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality to children as young as kindergarten. These terrible California laws are at the top of a long list of reasons why parents need to remove their children from government-controlled schools.” The quotation just cited is from the website of the Campaign for Children and Families (CCF). In other words, the public schools are expanding their efforts and becoming even more evil than the soviet styled reprogramming centers. Instead of communist propaganda being fed to the students, it now takes the form of depraved sexual education. This education teaches values which are anathema to Christians and those families who hold Judeo-Christian values. Traditional American values and principles are Christian moral standards based on Judeo-Christian value system, on which our nation was built. This base depravity will destroy society, which was the education bureaucrats aim all along. In a fallen America’s place apparently is some type of global utopia run by the “all-wise” elite.

SUMMARY & AFFECTS OF CALIFORNIA’S NEW LAWS

SB 777 effectively requires all school instruction and every school activity to include positive PROMOTION of HOMOSEXUALITY, BISEXUALITY, and TRANSEXUALITY. AB 304 will push these alternative sexual lifestyles (actually DEATHstyles) through school “anti-harassment” education for students, parents, and teachers. There is no opt-out for parents, schools, or school districts for either of these new laws affecting every public school in California. These two new laws affect all six million of California’s students.

Furthermore, SB 77 will affect all “instruction” including textbooks, a teacher’s instruction, guest speakers, instructional materials, handouts, videos. It will also affect every school-sponsored “activity” including sex education, drama, music, school assemblies, sports teams, homecoming games, school proms, school clubs, etc.

ARE PUBLIC SCHOOLS BEYOND REPAIR?

Unfortunately, beginning next month the California schools are well beyond repair. Why can I confidently assert this? Look at what the CCF website states, “This new sexual indoctrination comes on the heels of other government school problems:

>>> Openly homosexual and transsexual teachers for children as young as kindergarten

>>> Pro-homosexuality "days of silence" and "diversity days"

>>> Pro-homosexuality-bisexual-transsexual "Gay-Straight Alliance" (GSA) clubs that are already in 1 out of 3 public high schools in California

“And then there are all the other disturbing practices affecting children in government-controlled schools:

>>> Evolution training promoting unbelief in God

>>> Distribution of condoms and birth control pills without parental consent

>>> "Confidential" abortion referrals and outside counseling without parental consent

>>> Widespread rejection of religious values [MORALITY]

>>> No effective discipline

>>> Negative peer pressure

>>> Less safety and less academic success, on average, than private or home schools”

THE MANDATE IS CLEAR: LEAVE NOW!

The results of the government schools are already terribly tragic and fatally flawed. the new requirements which are meant to further poison the minds of the students with lies about the normality and naturalness of these perverse deathstyles is beyond the pale. It calls for drastic action. One representative of a traditional and values-oriented educational group is calling for a minimum of 600,000 students to leave the California public schools system and enter private schools or begin to be home schooled. It appears that private or home-based are the only options that remain, they are a must for persons who wish their children to have any decent education, not to mention a proper biblically-based education.

Recent studies have shown that even before this new degradation of our education system was in place upwards of 80-90% of Christian students reject the Church and much of their faith as a result of the toxic exposure to our secular humanistic hedonistic non-educational public school.

It will certainly take sacrifice. But our children are worth it. Our Forefathers sacrificed their wealth and their very lives so that they could be free from the tyranny of the state. The parents of California need to do no less and we need to support them because left unchecked, the perverse infection starting on the West Coast normally will spread like wildfire across America.
