Tom Alciere For U.S. Senate

Tom Alciere has a message for the voters of New Hampshire:

One cornerstone of our federal republic is the Doctrine of Enumerated Powers. If you don’t know what that is, please don’t vote in our elections, as you are totally unqualified to govern other persons.

 He is against all un-Constitutional federal spending including bailouts.  He is against the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Border Patrol, an agency, which he says “[has] the blood of millions of Holocaust victims on its hands”.  He is against Social Security and will support abolition of the Social Security Administration, with an equitable pay-out to persons who have been paying this tax.  Tom Alciere is against deficit spending and wants to pay off the national debt by selling federal lands in the western United States.

Tom Alciere opposes the War on Drugs, since liberty is the freedom to do what does not violate anybody’s rights, and using harmful drugs does not violate anybody’s rights.  He is against the Drug Enforcement Agency.

Tom Alciere is against federal and District of Columbia firearms control laws.

He opposes the health care legislation recently passes by Congress. He is against government interference in health insurance.

He opposes all federal grants to State and local governments.

He is against public schools, zoning, drug laws, and laws against underage drinking in the District of Columbia, but supports tough drunk driving laws in D.C.  He will work to loosen taxi regulations in the District of Columbia. Maryland cab drivers passing through the District should not have to refuse service. Such rules encourage drunk driving when District taxis are busy. 

He is pro-life since killing a baby violates the rights of the baby.  He will work to make the District of Columbia a safe haven for pregnant runaways whose parents are trying to force them to have abortions. “Federal kidnapping laws should not apply to persons who transport such runaways across State lines to the District of Columbia,” he says. 

He also says, “Homosexuals should not be able to adopt children in the District of Columbia, nor should such adoptions in a State be recognized in the District. An innocent child should never be returned by force to such an arrangement. The homosexuals knew you don’t make a baby that way, so if they wanted to raise children, they should have made a better choice.”

Tom Alciere is against governmental invasions of the privacy of the people.

Tom Alciere rejects the Terry v. Ohio ruling and related rulings from the United States Supreme Court. These hold that when a cop has an excuse to stop and question you, the cop may frisk you (and even your passengers) for weapons. The reasoning is that you might have a weapon, but the Second Amendment wasn’t written for sportsmen. If the cop tries to arrest you without a valid excuse, or for violating an unjust law, you have an inherent natural right to defend yourself. A country is justified in fighting back when her sovereign territory is being attacked by the armed forces of a hostile government and you have an inherent natural right to fight back when your right to liberty is being attacked by the police force of a hostile government, no matter what is written on any documents manufactured by the hostile government. Your fellow voters (the ignorant masses) should have defended your liberty with their ballots if they didn’t want you to defend your liberty with bullets.

Tom Alciere is for “peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations – entangling alliances with none.”  He opposes the war in Iraq and opposes foreign aid. 

He supports sound money (10 gram gold and silver coins of 99.9% purity) and the adoption of the metric system.  Tom Alciere is against FDIC and NCUSIF insurance.
