Who's birth certificate is the billboard referring? This provocative question deals with the legitimacy of the alleged President Barry Soetoro's aka Barack Obama's qualifications. He meets one of the two basic requirements to qualify for the office of President, that is, that he is more than 35 years old, at least chronologically. However, there is a serious doubt raised when his paternal grandmother made the statement that she saw him being born in Kenya in Africa. That raises questions.
