WHY DOES KWAME GET A PASS?“Detroit’s DEMOCRAT Mayor’s Kwame Kilpatrick says he won’t resign even though he was caught having an affair with a subordinate and lying about it under oath.
“Instead, he is just encouraging his wife to run for President!.

Why is the Democrat Kilpatrick’s misbehavior and perjury being ‘tolerated’ and even pooh-poohed by the main stream media? Is it because he is a Democrat? Or is it because he is a black and it would not ‘politically correct’ or ‘intolerant’ to do so?
Furthermore, why was there rarely, if ever, a mention in the media’s coverage of the fact that Mayor Kilpatrick was, in fact, a DEMOCRAT? The coverage of Kilpatrick and U.S. Senator Larry Craig is very dissimilar. Craig’s party affiliation was rarely NOT mentioned by the main stream media. There was no outcry calling for Kilpatrick to step down for his misbehavior including his blatant lies by the likes of hypocrit ‘Rev.’ Jesse Jackson or any other liberal or Democrat Party leaders as was the case by Republican’s over Craig’s misbehavior.
To sum, there really seems to be two standards in operation in America's main stream media. One standard for media-backed and media-blessed Democrat officials, especially liberal blacks and another for Republicans, espcially conservative Republicans. Kilpatrick and Craig are exhibits one and two.
Great Blog I always enjoy the commentary, it is very informative and entertaining.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if you or your readers knew a good place to find an easy, simply read place to find out where the candidates stand on global warming.
I saw the earthlab poll and it is obvious that people care but the candidates websites have so much other information it is hard to find what I need with out being preached at. Earthlab.com also has candidate information that’s pretty good: http://www.earthlab.com/articles/PresidentialCandidates.aspx . Does anyone know of another website to find this information? Any other good resources where we I can find out how my candidate votes?
Thanks, anon. for you comment.
ReplyDeleteThe website www.OnTheIssues.org is one of the better websites, which I use quite a bit.
If you put in your candidates name, for example, Mike Huckabe On the Issues in google or any other search engine you will get your candadates postions on various issues. Global warming may be included as well . . .
