FTC Terry Lakin Resolves to Disobey Obama Orders

This is a significant development. If Lakin and others in the military refuse to obey Obama's orders, they can argue in court that Obama's authority is not legitimate. This will force the courts to finally decide the question of Obama's natural born citizenship (or lack thereof). We are tired of them continuing to push this issue aside as if following the Constitution were of no importance. If Obama wants to claim that his COLB is enough proof that he is a NBC, let him prove it in a court of law.

  1. Lakin is a coward who simply found a unique way to avoid service in Afghanistan without admitting he's a coward. He has violated the Uniform Code of Military Justice and anyone who supports or contributes this treasonous action is guilty of aiding and abetting.

  3. Matt:

Not sure who your question is directed to, nor am I clear what proof it is you seek.

  4. It is to you. What is your proof that "Lakin is a coward who simply found a unique way to avoid service in Afghanistan without admitting he's a coward. He has violated the Uniform Code of Military Justice..."

I'm not him and I cannot answer if it is not cowardice or ignorance.

    However, here's all he's possibly violated: Article(s) 87, 88, 89, 90, 92 and possibly 94 and 85.
    List:
    85 Desertion
    87 Missing movement
    88 Contempt toward officials
89 Disrespect toward superior commissioned officer
90 Assaulting or willfully disobeying superior commissioned officer
92 Failure to obey order or regulation
    94 Mutiny or sedition

Refusing orders and not showing up violates 87 and 92, possibly 90 and 85 as well.
Saying that his orders are unlawful because the President is "Illegal" is violating 88 and 89.
Encouraging other soldiers and citizens to support him is promoting sedition and Mutiny which is 94.

Notice that articles 85, 90, and 94 have the death penalty as an option.
