Ask Newt: Who’s More Qualified to be President, Obama or Palin?

Ron Allen, marketing and public relations reporter for the Obama News Channel (MSNBC) made a very silly statement in his interview of Newt Gingerich. Below is a YouTube video of the "interview" and below is a partial transcript . . .

Newt's Smackdown of Reporter Ron

Ron:
“. . . But to be fair, her resume is not something we are familiar seeing with presidential candidates . . .”

[gregjaye: What??????]

Newt: “It is stronger than Barack Obama’s! . . .

“She has been a real mayor, he has not

“She has been a real governor, he has not.

“She has been in charge of the Alaskan National Guard, he has not.

“She was a whistle-blower who defeated an incumbent mayor, he has never once shown that kind of courage.

“She;s a whistle-blower who turned in the chairman of her own party and got him fined $12,000. I have never seen Obama do one thing like that.

“She took on the incumbent governor of her own Party and beat him and then she beat a former Democratic Governor in the General Election. I don’t know of a single thing Obama has done except talk and write.

“I’d like you to tell me one thing that Senator Obama has done . . ."

  1. I don't think "experience" means anything anyway. It is the willingness to do what is right that counts. Contrary to what the establishment would have you believe, the Vice President isn't supposed to do anything anyway (except break ties in the Senate).

Ron Paul has said that Sarah Palin sounds like a good person and has some fairly conservative credentials, but still disapproves of the foreign policy and monetary policy of the GOP ticket.
