Mike Huckabee Supported Cap and Trade and then Lied About It

Watch the first minute and fifty-two seconds of this vid.  Any doubts that Huckabee is a big government socialist (when it is politically advantageous, at least).  Maybe he didn't really lie, maybe he just supported a different version of this unconstitutional, sovereignty-killing, tree-hugging legislation.  How unbecoming.
