There are Three Types of Death, Part 2

Spiritual Death, Physical Death, Eternal Death

The physical death occurs when life departs from the physical body.

James 2:26a:  For as the body without the spirit is dead.

Hebrew 9:27:  And it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.

Genesis 2:7:  And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life: and man became a living soul.

Genesis 2:17:  But the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shall not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest there of thou shalt surely die.

Romans 5:12:  When Adam sinned, sin entered the entire human race. His sin spread death throughout the whole world, so everything began to grow old and die, for all sinned.

Proverb 14:32:  The godly have a refuge when they die, but the wicked are crushed by their sins.

Mark 7:10:   For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

John 5:23:  Verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming and now is, when the dead shall hear  the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

I Corinthians 15:21, 22:  For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made to live.

Revelation 21:3, 4:  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

An Abundant Physical Life

If you want a meaningful, fulfilling physical life while you are here on earth you need to repent of your sins and invite Jesus into your heart. A simple prayer is, “Lord Jesus Christ forgive me of my sins and come into my heart. Amen.”
