Huckabee on homosexuality

Huckabee in South Carolina

(SOUTH CAROLINA) As fellow AGC... blogger Matt points out, there are many areas in which Governor Mike Huckabee falls short as an ideal candidate for President. However, his beliefs and statements about homosexuality are not one of them.

On Friday (1/18/08) CNN (sometimes referred to as the Clinton News Network) reported that “in an interview with the religious Web site
beliefnet.com, Huckabee pushes back on recent critics who have called some of his positions "radical."

“"I think the radical view is to say that we're going to change the definition of marriage so that it can mean two men, two women, a man and three women, a man and a child, a man and animal," he said in the interview, published on the Web site Wednesday. "Again, once we change the definition, the door is open to change it again."”

The ghastly crowd for the advancement of homosexual behavior jumped all over Huckabee’s statement saying that he had the nerve to equate a “loving” same-sex relationship with bestiality. It is. Both same-sex sex and bestiality are abominable acts in the eyes of God and most civilized societies and are unnatural, unhealthy, and immoral. Huckabee is absolutely right on this issue. Now if only he would hold and stand up for his beliefs against the likes of the heinous Human Rights Campaign and act on this belief if he was to attain office, that is the kicker.

The majority of Americans reject the destructive homosexualization of America. This is especially true in the South. I surely hope that South Carolina voters will cast their vote TODAY for anyone but Giuliani, Romney, or McCain who are unwilling to stand up to the homosexual lobby and call all homosexual behavior immoral and undeserving of any special privileges or protections or confirmation.
