New Hampshire Voters Guide on Family Issues

My favorite candidate in the GOP presidential race is Representative Duncan Hunter. His chances, however, of doing well in New Hampshire are slim. He is ignored by the main stream media, especially the old media. He would be my first choice in New Hampshire and everywhere else.

REPORT CARD ON THE NATURAL FAMILY

On family related issues a pro-family group, the Campaign for Children and Families, in California has released report cards on how the top Republican presidential candidates score on supporting the natural family. I summarize their results below. For additional information on their complete report you can click here.

OVERALL REPORT CARD

In reviewing the 8 possible points only two candidates received 7 out of 8 and only 1 candidate received 0. I assigned a letter grade to each of the six candidates.

-----Huckabee-----7----- A-
-----Paul-----7----- A-
-----McCain-----4----- C
-----Thompson-----3----- C-
-----Giuliani-----1----- D
-----Romney-----0----- F

CONCLUSION

What shocked me most about the results was how terrible Romney and Giuliani did. If New Hampshire voters are at all supportive of traditional families and family values they will NOT vote for Gov. Mitt Romney or Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Strong family values voters most likely will vote for Gov. Mike Huckabee, Representative Ron Paul, or Rep. Duncan Hunter.

PREDICTIONS

I predict the first primary election results in tomorrow's New Hampshire voting will be:

McCain 31%
Huckabee 24%
Romney 19%
Paul 14%
Thompson 8%
Giuliani 3%
Hunter 1%
