I have decided to make my first endorsement of the year. Rand Paul is the best candidate for U.S. Senator that I’ve seen so far. His popularity has surged in recent weeks, overtaking his nearest competitor in the polls. If you watch the above video, you will see that this guy has common sense, mainstream conservative Christian values, and lot of good and practical ideas. He is running for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in
Rand Paul supports The Sanctity of Life Act of 2009. He supports a Sanctity of Life Amendment.
He opposes regulations on homeschooling imposed by the Department of Education.
He opposes the bailouts. He opposes unconstitutional spending and the endless printing of money which has driven inflation for almost 100 years. He supports term limits.
He supports the unrestricted right to bear arms.

He supports restoring full benefits to the Veterans because they deserve it for their service to our country. He opposes UNDECLARED wars.
He opposes Obama’s healthcare reform initiatives. He is not afraid to criticize his fellow Republicans for voting for Bush’s prescription drug program, the largest government entitlement program ever. Instead he would:
* Make all medical expenses tax deductible.
* Eliminate federal regulations that discourage small businesses from providing coverage.
* Give doctors the freedom to collectively negotiate with insurance companies and drive down the cost of medical care.
* Make every American eligible for a Health Savings Account (HSA), and remove the requirement that individuals must obtain a high-deductible insurance policy before opening an HSA.
