He needs 60 votes. A vote for the motion to proceed is a vote for government health care. Tremendous pressure and even political bribery is being put on so-called moderate Democrats such as Ben Nelson, Blanche Lincoln, Mary Landrieu, and Mark Warner.

I'm writing to urge you to reject H.R. 3590: The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or any other attempt to force socialized health care or government-mandated health insurance on Americans.
This plan would create rationing through government committees, create an economically unsustainable government-run insurance plan, use taxpayer funds to insure illegal aliens, and impose economy-crushing taxes.
This is troubling, and you must stop it. Please, do the proper thing and reject H.R. 3590, H.R. 3962, the "Affordable Health Care for America Act," or any other attempt to force socialized health care or government-mandated health insurance on Americans.

Hello. I must admit that first I was happy to hear that Mr. Obama decided to take an action and introduce a new health care insurance reform. Being a Canadian, I also liked the idea of public option as we have have a single payer system here and, in my opinion, it works really well. However, these days I feel unsure about the effect the health care reform might have on the people.
