Top Ten Media Cover-Ups of 2008

I typically do not post articles on Thursdays, which are typically reserved for fellow blogger, Matt's writings. However, there are a couple of postings regarding 2008 that need to be said.

WorldNetDaily.com just last evening posted an excellent article, “Most covered-up of 2008: Natural-born citizen.” Here is a list of the top 10 cover up of 2008. The mainstream media has forsaken journalism and impartiality and has, essentially, become the public relations or propaganda arm for left wing liberalism in America. The following ten non-reported or under reported stories of the past year are demonstrations of this fact.

1. Charges that Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the U.S. and thus constitutionally ineligible to serve as president

The article states, in part, “. . . More than a dozen lawsuits have been filed over Obama's eligibility to assume the presidency.

“The cases have alleged the Illinois Democrat does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President . . ."

This is the really big one. To think that an usurper to the United States presidency could take control of the greatest nation on earth in three weeks without even meeting the minimal requirements for that office. Very few including the mainstream media seem to be very concerned about this blatant affront to the constitution. So mesmerized are the media and the masses by this messianic figure, who stripped to his core of the hype, is merely a petty Chicago political thug operating with a radical socialist/Marxist agenda.

2. U.S. Senate committee report that hundreds of top scientists have testified they believe claims of man-caused global warming are fraudulent.

3. The true causes of the sub-prime mortgage meltdown, which point directly to the Democratic Party

4. Obama's ties to terrorists and extremists

5. The campaigns of third-party presidential candidates, and Ron Paul's sensationally successful grass-roots campaign

6. The stunning success of the Iraq war.

7. The sources of Obama's campaign contributions.

8. Obama's far-left voting record.

9. Bush's refusal to pardon imprisoned border agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, who were prosecuted by the president's friend, U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton.

10. Suppression of Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders' film, "Fitna," which exposes the worldwide threat from Islam.

Notice that 4 of the 10 top cover-ups of 2008 relate directly to Barack Hussein Obama. So malicious and so bold is the mainstream media bias, that they refuse to shed any light on the dirt that accompanies this man. The left wing bias of the media permeates all media outlets with the exception of conservative talk radio.

Conservative talk and Christian radio will be the targets of the Democrat controlled houses of Congress and the Obama administration. To silence the only persons who dare to speak the truth about the false messiah and who present a roadblock to full implementation of the radical socialist agenda – the change from a republican democracy to a European style socialist state. This is the stuff that awaits America in 2009.

The outlook is bleak for true American values and virtues to be preserved, protected, let alone strengthened. 2009 will be the year of resistance by true conservatives and true Christians in order to minimize the impact and the damage of this stepped up effort to march this nation toward socialism/Marxism . . .
