2008 Endorsements

Here are my endorsements for Congress for the 2008 election. I only support candidates who are pro-life, pro-peace, and pro-family. There may be some other candidates who are worth voting for, but these are ones that I know fit the following criterion to the best of my knowledge:

1. The candidate must be 100% pro-life. They must believe that all abortions should illegal, with a possible exception for life of the mother cases, but no rape and incest exceptions. A candidate who votes for abortion funding (including DHHS appropriations bills) is unacceptable.
2. The candidate must oppose the war in Iraq and favor a speedy withdraw. They must also oppose any new wars or unprovoked acts of aggression against other nations including the Iran blockade.
3. The candidate must oppose any government incentives to sinful behavior or the giving of special rights or protective categories for those who engage in sinful behavior, homosexuality in particular.

First, the Senate:

Bob Bird, Alaska
David Brownlow, Oregon
Bob Conley, South Carolina

For the House of Representatives:

George Lilly, Colorado 1st
Collins Bailey, Maryland 5th
Mike Hargadon, Maryland 7th
Barb Davis White, Minnesota 5th
Walter Jones, North Carolina 3rd
B.J. Lawson, North Carolina 4th
David Macko, Ohio 14th
Delia Lopez, Oregon 3rd
Doug Patterson, Oregon 5th
Ron Paul, Texas 14th*
Michael Delavar, Washington 3rd

*running unopposed

There may be some other candidates who fit the three criteria, but I could not verify their positions on them.
