A week ago today I attended day two of the two-day conservative RightOnline conference in Pittsburgh. The new media and the importance of getting out the conservative message was the main focus of the conference. Being a former Clevelander and ongoing Cleveland Browns fan I was going into enemy territory by visiting Pittsburgh. The Browns and Steelers have had quite a rivalry through the years.
.
On the same day, on the other side of town, the Left was meeting at its own Netroots Nation conference. The Left had the likes of good ole boy Democrat Bill Clinton and recent Democrat Arlen Specter. The Right at our RightOnline conference had Michelle Malkin, Joe the Plumber and Grover Norquest make presentations. Michelle did an especially good job, I consider her to be a 'nice' Ann Coulter in her demeanor (in other words not as mean) and speech (but every bit as sarcastic and true).
I thoroughly enjoyed the conference and hope to apply some of the things that I learned.
